At the meeting, delegates listened to the Department of Planning and Investment propose a number of key tasks from now until the 20th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030; propose a list of works and projects to welcome the 20th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030. The Department of Labor - War Invalids and Social Affairs submitted a draft Decision on the economic and technical norms applicable to public career services using the state budget in the field of meritorious people in Hung Yen province. The Department of Construction submitted a draft Decision amending, supplementing and abolishing a number of articles of the Regulations issued together with the Decisions of the Provincial People's Committee on decentralization and assignment of tasks in the management of construction investment projects, management of construction investment costs; management of construction quality; construction planning and architecture in Hung Yen province. The Provincial Farmers' Association submitted a draft to approve the Project on perfecting the organization and operation of the Provincial Farmers' Support Fund according to Decree No. 37/2023/ND-CP dated June 24, 2023 of the Government on the establishment, organization and operation of the Farmers' Support Fund.

Delegates discussed and gave opinions on the following contents: The implementation of a number of key tasks from now until the 20th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030; the shortcomings and limitations in performing the tasks. To review the quantity and progress of projects to welcome the 20th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, ensure the scale and significance of the project. Concluding the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Quoc Van agreed with the content submitted by the Provincial Farmers' Association and the Department of Construction. The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Department of Planning and Investment to rebuild the list of projects and works to welcome the 20th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030. In particular, the decision to select the investment project to build Tan Phuc - Vong Phan road (intersecting with the provincial road No. 378) as the project to welcome the 20th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030; the Department of Transport coordinates with departments, branches and localities to urgently remove difficulties and obstacles in implementing the project to welcome the 20th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, ensuring the progress and quality of the project.

Regarding the key tasks from now until the 20th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Department of Planning and Investment to coordinate with departments, branches and localities to review the specific tasks of each branch, develop a list of tasks, propose solutions to be implemented, and ensure the completion of the assigned tasks.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Department of Labor - War Invalids and Social Affairs to absorb the opinions of the delegates, complete the Decision on economic - technical norms applicable to public career services using the state budget in the field of meritorious people in Hung Yen province, and submit it to the Provincial People's Committee for promulgation.

At the meeting, the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee and the Provincial People's Committee held a farewell meeting for former members of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee and former members of the Provincial People's Committee who have transferred jobs or retired. On behalf of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee and the Provincial People's Committee, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee respectfully expressed gratitude for the contributions of comrades: Nguyen Van Phu, former Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment; Nguyen Van Phe, former Director of the Department of Education and Training in the development of the province in the recent past.
