At the festival, delegates and people of Yen Do Residential Area reviewed the glorious tradition of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, the Vietnam People's Army; the relationship of solidarity between the people and the army in the cause of national liberation, the Fatherland construction and defence; evaluated the results of the implementation of the campaigns and patriotic emulation movements of the residential area in 2024.

Yen Do Residential Area has 731 households, with 2,590 people. In recent years, under the leadership of the Party, the great national unity bloc in Yen Do Residential Area has been consolidated and promoted, the economic life of the people has increasingly developed. In 2024, the poverty rate in the residential area decreased to 0.8%; 94.3% of the households in the residential area achieved the title of cultural family. 100% of the village roads and alleys in the residential area are paved with asphalt or concrete. Every year, Yen Do Residential Area completes the target of calling citizens to join the army. The militia and reserve forces play a good role in coordinating and grasping the security and order situation at the grassroots level; advising on timely resolution of difficulties and problems right at the grassroots level, contributing to ensuring local defence and military.
