The Provincial People's Committee reviews and comments on the content of the draft submissions and draft resolutions to be submitted to the Provincial People's Council

At the meeting

At the meeting, delegates listened to the Department of Transport present a proposal to issue Regulations on road transport operations by automobile in urban areas in Hung Yen province; the draft Decision of the Provincial People's Committee to partially abolish Decision No. 66/2021/QD-UBND dated September 24, 2021 of the Hung Yen Provincial People's Committee on reorganizing the Road Project Management Board connecting the Hanoi - Hai Phong Expressway with Gie Bridge - Ninh Binh Expressway into the Traffic Project Management Board under the Department of Transport; the Regulations on the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Traffic Project Management Board under the Department of Transport; the Department of Health submitted a draft Decision of the Provincial People's Committee to partially abolish Decision No. 23/2019/QD-UBND dated June 27, 2019 of the Provincial People's Committee to merge the Clinic - Health Management and the Nursing - Rehabilitation Institute of the province's cadres under the Provincial Cadres Health Protection and Care Board into the Hung Yen Provincial Cadres Health Protection and Care Center and transfer it to the Department of Health for management; the Regulations on the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Hung Yen Provincial Cadres Health Protection and Care Center under the Department of Health; the Department of Planning and Investment submitted a proposal to issue a Resolution and a Decision to abolish two legal documents issued by the People's Council and the People's Committee of Hung Yen province in the field of planning and investment.

The delegates discussed and gave opinions on the reorganization of the Traffic Project Management Board under the Department of Transport; the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Traffic Project Management Board under the Department of Transport; the legal basis, procedure for issuing the decision of the Provincial People's Committee to partially abolish Decision No. 23/2019/QD-UBND dated of the Provincial People's Committee; the abolition of two legal documents issued by the People's Council and the People's Committee of Hung Yen province in the field of planning and investment.

Concluding the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Quoc Van agreed with the proposal to issue the Regulations on road transport operations by automobile in urban areas in Hung Yen province. Regarding the draft Decision of the Provincial People's Committee to partially abolish Decision No. 66/2021/QD-UBND dated September 24, 2021 of the Hung Yen Provincial People's Committee on reorganizing the Road Project Management Board connecting the Hanoi - Hai Phong Expressway with the Gie Bridge - Ninh Binh Expressway into the Traffic Project Management Board under the Department of Transport, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Department of Transport, based on the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Traffic Project Management Board under the Department of Transport, to study and advise the Provincial People's Committee to issue a decision to amend and supplement a number of articles in Decision No. 66/2021/QD-UBND. The Department of Health accepted the opinions of the delegates to adjust a number of sentences in the Decision of the Provincial People's Committee to partially abolish Decision No. 23/2019/QD-UBND of the Provincial People's Committee. The Department of Planning and Investment coordinates with the Department of Justice to study the abolition of two legal documents issued by the People's Council and the People's Committee of Hung Yen province in the field of planning and investment, and submit them to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration.
