In his welcoming speech, Hoa Binh Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Phi Long expressed his joy and excitement to welcome the delegation of the Standing Board of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee to visit and work in the province; at the same time, he briefly introduced the results of the Party building and socio-economic development of the province since the beginning of the 2020-2025 term up to now; some strategic development orientations of the province in the coming time. The Secretary of the Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committee believes that the meeting, exchange of experiences and signing of the Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation between the two provinces will enhance the close relationship, special affection between the Party Committees, governments and people of the two provinces, while opening up a lot of development opportunities for both provinces, contributing to the overall development of the country.

Speaking at the conference, the Secretary of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Huu Nghia sincerely thanked the warm and sincere reception of the Standing Board of the Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committee for the delegation; congratulated Hoa Binh province on its important achievements in the past time. The Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee briefly introduced the situation and results of the implementation of the Resolution of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Congress from the beginning of the 2020-2025 term to the present; the goals and tasks in the coming time. The Provincial Party Secretary emphasized: Although Hung Yen and Hoa Binh are different in terms of geographical location, natural conditions, and population, they also have many similarities in terms of history, tradition, culture, and socio-economic development. Therefore, in the coming time, the two provinces can cooperate and share in many fields. The exchange of experiences and the signing of a development cooperation program between Hung Yen and Hoa Binh provinces is an important opportunity for the two provinces to strengthen the cooperative relationship to promote revolutionary traditions and strengthen the friendship between the Party Committees, governments, and people of the two provinces.

Next, on behalf of the Standing Boards of the Provincial Party Committees of the two provinces, Comrade Secretary of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Huu Nghia and Comrade Secretary of the Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Phi Long signed the Memorandum of Understanding on development cooperation between Hung Yen province and Hoa Binh province for the period 2024 - 2026, focusing on the following contents: Exchange of experiences in the Party building and political system; the cooperation in tourism development; the cooperation in training, fostering, and developing human resources; the cooperation in developing, producing, processing, and consuming agricultural products; the cooperation in planning, attracting investment, developing urban areas and industrial zones and clusters; the cooperation in the field of management, exploitation and use of minerals as construction materials, land for leveling; the cooperation in building cultural life associated with building advanced new-style rural areas and model new-style rural areas; the cooperation in the fields of health, education, science and technology; the cooperation in the fields of defense and security.... The cooperation contents will be an important basis for the levels and sectors of the two provinces to organize and implement, thereby maximizing the potential and advantages of each locality and supporting and boosting mutual development.
