To review and give opinions on adjustments and supplements to the 5-year medium-term public investment plan for the period 2021-2025

Delegates attend the meeting

At the meeting, delegates discussed and gave opinions on: the Draft proposal of the Provincial People's Committee requesting the Provincial People's Council to issue a Resolution stipulating the criteria for the establishment and number of members of the Security and Order Protection Team; the support, training and a number of regimes and policies for members of the Security and Order Protection Team at the grassroots level in Hung Yen province; the Report of the Department of Planning and Investment on adjusting and supplementing the 5-year medium-term public investment plan for the period 2021-2025; the Plan for using sources to increase provincial budget revenue in 2023; additional allocation to the 2024 public investment plan of land use levy revenue managed by the provincial level; the Report of the Department of Home Affairs on the results of implementing the plan and developing a draft project for arranging commune-level administrative units for the period 2023-2025 of Hung Yen province.

Speaking at the conclusion of the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Quoc Van agreed with the contents presented at the meeting and requested departments and branches as follows: the Provincial Police, Planning and Investment, and Internal Affairs to absorb opinions of delegates at the meeting to complete draft submissions and reports for the Provincial People's Committee to promulgate according to authority or submit to the Provincial People's Council for promulgation according to regulations.
