At the meeting, delegates listened to and gave opinions on: the Draft Report on socio-economic development and public investment plan for 2025 of the province; the Report on the development of the Decision on assigning tasks to perform state management of prices in Hung Yen province according to simplified procedures; the Report on the State budget revenue settlement in the area; settlement of local budget revenue and expenditure in 2023; the draft Plan for digital transformation implementation in Hung Yen province in 2025; the report on approving the results of digital transformation ranking in state agencies in 2024; the report on the Regulation on training support regime for cadres, civil servants and public employees in Hung Yen province; the report on the assignment of civil servant and contract workers to do support and service work in administrative agencies and organizations in Hung Yen province in 2025; the report on the temporary assignment of career and contract workers in public service units and Associations receiving State funding support according to the number of employees in 2025; the report on the temporary assignment of the number of commune-level cadres, civil servants and non-professional workers at the commune level in Hung Yen province in 2025; the draft Decision promulgating regulations on standards for leadership and management positions in administrative agencies and public service units in Hung Yen province; the report on the introduction of personnel to elect additional members of the Provincial People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term; the draft Regulations on the price framework for management and operation of apartment buildings in the province; the report on the approval of the Decision promulgating regulations on the management and use of apartment buildings in the province; the draft Resolution promulgating regulations on the content and expenditure levels for implementing the regime and policies on the protection and health care of cadres in the province.

The delegates basically agreed with the contents presented at the meeting, at the same time contributed some opinions to complete the drafts.

Concluding the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Quoc Van requested relevant departments and branches to absorb the opinions of delegates at the meeting, complete the drafts, and submit them to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and decision. Relevant departments and branches should pay attention to reviewing and supplementing some data in the socio-economic development report, requesting more detailed data, especially data on agricultural production value, trade and service production value, ensuring accuracy and reality.
