In a solemn and respectful atmosphere, delegates offered incense, took a moment to remember and expressed infinite gratitude to the great contributions of President Ho Chi Minh, the genius leader of the Party and People, a prominent activist of the communist and international workers' movement. He devoted and sacrificed his entire life for the cause of national liberation, class liberation, fighting for peace, national independence and happiness of the People.
