18/06/2024 | lượt xem: 3 in: The teleconference on the Draft Decree detailing rice land Delegates attend the conference at the Hung Yen’s bridge point The draft Decree is built with 4 chapters and 18 articles, which detail a lot of contents as follows: Conversion of crops and livestock structure on rice land; the plan for restructuring crops and livestock structure on rice land; the procedure for converting crops and livestock structure on rice land; the conditions for building works that directly serve agricultural production on rice land; the appraisal procedures to allow the construction of works directly serving agricultural production on rice land; paying money for the State to replenish lost rice-growing land areas or increase the efficiency of rice-growing land use... At the conference, delegates focused on discussing and contributing a lot of opinions to the draft Decree such as: There is a plan to use topsoil, without losing the necessary conditions to grow rice again; the conditions for building works that directly serve agricultural production on rice land; the conditions for restructuring crops and livestock on rice land... Speaking at the conference, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha requested ministries, branches and localities to focus on reviewing and recommending remaining issues in the fraft Decree. At the same time, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development is requested to receive opinions from ministries, branches and localities, and soon complete the draft Decree and submit it to the Government for consideration and decision so that the Decree after promulgation is appropriate to the agricultural production situation in localities, contributing to the development of agriculture, farmers and rural areas.
