15/04/2024 | lượt xem: 7 in: The Provincial People's Council approves the prices of public irrigation products and services in 2023 in Hung Yen province On 11/4/2024, at the 19th Session, the 17th Provincial People's Council passed Resolution No. 444/NQ-HDND on approving the prices of public irrigation products and services in 2023 in Hung Yen province. According to the Resolution, the prices of public irrigation products and services in 2023 in the province (the prices of public irrigation products and services are the ones without value added tax) are approved specifically as follows: For rice land: Dynamic irrigation 1,646,000 VND/ha/crop; gravity irrigation 1,152,000 VND/ha/crop; gravity irrigation combined with dynamic one 1,399,000 VND/ha/crop; dynamic irrigation, gravity drainage 1,498,000 VND/ha/crop; gravity irrigation, dynamic drainage 1,300,000 VND/ha/crop; creating level-2 source, dynamic irrigation 1,975,000 VND/ha/crop; creating level-2 source, gravity irrigation 1,382,000 VND/ha/crop; creating level-2 source for dynamic irrigation, gravity drainage 1,778,000 VND/ha/crop; creating dynamic irrigation and drainage sources of 823,000 VND/ha/crop; creating gravity irrigation and drainage sources of 461,000 VND/ha/crop. In case it is necessary to separate prices for irrigation and drainage on the same area, the maximum price for irrigation is calculated as 70%; for drainage it is calculated at 30% of the price specified in items 1,2,3 of the Resolution's table. For the area planted with seedlings, vegetables, crops, and short-term industrial crops, including winter crops, the price is equal to 40% of the price specified in Clause 1, Article 1 of the Resolution. In case of water supply for long-term industrial crops, flowers, fruit trees, and medicinal plants: the price is equal to 1,020 VND/m3 for water supply by dynamic; equal to 840 VND/m3 for water supply by gravity, if it is not calculated by cubic meter (m3), then calculate by area (ha), the price is 80% of the price for rice land for 1 year. In case of water supply for aquaculture: the price is 840 VND/m3 for water supply by dynamic; equal to 600 VND/m3 for water supply by gravity; If it is not calculated by cubic meter (m3), then calculate by area (ha), the price is 2,500,000 VND/ha/year. The water drainage for rural and urban areas (except inner-city areas): the price is equal to 82,300 VND/ha/crop for dynamic drainage; equal to 57,600 VND/ha/crop for gravity drainage.
