The Provincial People's Committee reviews and comments on the draft Decision to amend and supplement a number of articles of the Regulation on compensation and resettlement support when the State recovers land in the province.

At the meeting, delegates listened to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment submit a draft Decision of the Provincial People's Committee amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Regulation issued together with Decision No. 03/2020/QD-UBND dated January 10, 2020 of the Provincial People's Committee promulgating the Regulations on compensation and resettlement support when the State recovers land in Hung Yen province; the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs submitted a draft decision to promulgate economic and technical norms applicable to public career services using state budget in the field of employment in Hung Yen province.

Delegates commented on the following contents: Support for crops grown on agricultural land to arbitrarily change crop structure before and after the date of announcement of the land use plan; support for assets attached to land areas not eligible for compensation; support when the State recovers residential land originating from encroachment and use by households and individuals; minimum resettlement area; adjusting a number of sentences and words in the draft decision promulgating economic and technical norms applicable to public career services using state budget in the field of employment in Hung Yen province in accordance with regulations…

Speaking at the conclusion of the meeting, comrade Tran Quoc Van, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, requested the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to accept the opinions of the delegates and adjust some contents in the draft Decision of the Provincial People's Committee to amend, supplement a number of articles of the Regulation issued together with Decision No. 03/2020/QD-UBND dated January 10, 2020 of the Provincial People's Committee promulgating the Regulations on compensation and resettlement support when the State recovers land in Hung Yen province. In particular, additional subjects are entitled to compensation and resettlement support in accordance with regulations; adjusting supporting assets attached to land not eligible for compensation; adjusting some sentences and words in the decision to clarify subjects entitled to compensation, resettlement support, supporting conditions when the State recovers land in the province...

Regarding the draft decision to promulgate economic and technical norms applicable to public carrer services using state budget in the field of employment in Hung Yen province, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Quoc Van agreed with the contents in the report; at the same time requested the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs to receive opinions from departments and branches, complete the decision, and submit it to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and promulgation.
