At the meeting, the Department of Information and Communications presented a draft decision of the Provincial People's Committee promulgating unit prices for public career services using the state budget for print and electronic newspapers activities in the province; the Department of Home Affairs submitted as follows: the regulations on a number of support policies for commune-level officials and civil servants, people working part-time at the commune level who are redundant, or leave work due to the arrangement of commune-level administrative units; part-time persons in villages, residential groups and people directly participating in activities in villages, residential groups, members of security and order protection teams who are redundant, leave work due to the merger of villages or residential groups ​​in Hung Yen province; the plan for using the payroll of commune-level officials and civil servants associated with the arrangement of commune-level administrative units for the period 2023 - 2025. The Department of Finance submits regulations on decentralization of management and use of public assets at agencies, organizations and units under the management of Hung Yen province; the draft amendments and supplements to a number of articles of Decision No. 2746/QD-UBND dated December 25, 2023 of the People's Committee of Hung Yen province promulgating the land price adjustment coefficient (K) to calculate land rent in Hung Yen province in 2024.

Speaking at the conclusion of the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Quoc Van requested the Department of Information and Communications to coordinate with relevant agencies based on the new regulations of the Price Law; salary policy, to complete and submit to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and decision to promulgate unit prices for public carrer services using state budget for print and electronic newspaper activities in the province.

Regarding the contents submitted by the Department of Finance and the Department of Home Affairs, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee agreed with the draft to amend and supplement a number of articles of Decision No. 2746/QD-UBND dated December 25, 2023 of the Hung Yen Provincial People's Committee promulgating the land price adjustment coefficient (K) to calculate land rent in Hung Yen province in 2024; the plan for using the payroll of commune-level officials and civil servants associated with the arrangement of commune-level administrative units for the period 2023 - 2025. The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Department of Finance and the Department of Home Affairs to receive comments at the meeting; review the contents of the draft, ensuring the contents comply with the provisions of law; complete reports and draft resolutions and submit them to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and promulgation.
