Ngoc Te Shoe Co., Ltd. and Minh Anh Khoai Chau Garment Joint Stock Company are two of the province's typical enterprises in production and business activities, creating stable jobs for workers and actively participating in activities that contribute to good implementation of social security policies; the democratic regulations at the workplace and policies for workers are well implemented. Among them, Ngoc Te Shoe Co., Ltd. is an enterprise specializing in manufacturing shoes and shoe soles to serve the export market; the current average income of workers is over 7.5 million VND/person/month. Minh Anh Khoai Chau Garment Joint Stock Company specializes in manufacturing and trading garments to serve the domestic and export markets; the average income of workers currently reaches 7-10 million VND/person/month.

Speaking to leaders and workers at these enterprises, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Huu Nghia acknowledged and appreciated the efforts and positive results in production, business of Ngoc Te Shoe Co., Ltd. and Minh Anh Khoai Chau Garment Joint Stock Company. Thereby, creating jobs with stable income for workers, at the same time making a significant contribution to the state budget. The Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee hopes that businesses will continue to pay attention to and create favorable conditions for the activities of trade unions; ensure salary, bonus, welfare, improve working environment and health care for employees. Trade union organizations promote propaganda and mobilize union members and workers to well implement the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's policies and laws; coordinate with business leaders to well carry out activities to care for employees. The team of workers and employees actively innovate and are creative in labor and production; stick together and accompany in the overall development of the businesses.

Regarding the proposals and recommendations of businesses leaders, the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee would direct the province's authorities to consider and resolve them according to their authority and regulations.
