The province prioritizes education and allocates resources accordingly, while focusing on developing its workforce of administrators and teachers, innovating teaching methods, and enhancing educational quality.

In this new phase, Hung Yen continues to focus on the fundamental and comprehensive reform of education and training; it is accelerating digital transformation and the application of science, technology, and artificial intelligence in management, teaching, and learning. Emphasis is placed on developing students' competencies, creative thinking, and digital skills, while aligning training with the demand for high-quality human resources.

The province is researching and developing model school frameworks and STEM/STEAM classrooms, while enhancing the use of technology in education and expanding international cooperation.
