To strive to complete the digital transformation tasks ahead of schedule
On the morning of June 1, the Provincial People's Committee held a meeting to expedite the implementation of tasks outlined in the Decision No. 1398/QD-UBND dated April 24, 2026, of the Provincial People's Committee approving the list of digital transformation tasks in Hung Yen province in 2026. Mr. Le Quang Hoa, Member of the Provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, chaired the meeting. In the attendance were members of the Provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board: Mr. Dao Hong Van, Director of the Department of Internal Affairs; Major General Tran Xuan Anh, Director of the Provincial Public Security; and leaders of several departments, agencies, and units.

According to Decision No. 1398/QD-UBND, in 2026, departments, agencies, and localities are assigned to implement 100 digital transformation tasks. To date, 33 tasks have been completed; 45 tasks have partially yielded results; 22 tasks have not yet been put out to tender; and no tasks are behind schedule. Several departments and units have performed well in implementing the tasks according to Decision No. 1398, such as: the Department of Science and Technology, which has completed 5 tasks; the Department of Education and Training, which has completed 8 tasks; and the Provincial People's Committee’s Office, which has completed 8 tasks…

The delegates reported on the progress of the tasks implemented by each agency and unit; focusing on discussing and proposing solutions to effectively carry out the digital transformation tasks according to the Provincial People's Committee's Decision.

Speaking at the meeting, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee acknowledged and commended the units for completing their tasks according to plan. He agreed with the explanations, clarifications of the causes, shortcomings, and limitations, as well as the proposed solutions for the tasks performance; and requested that departments, agencies, and units closely follow the directives to implement the tasks according to plan. Regarding the tasks that have been put out to tender, he requested that departments, agencies, and units closely coordinate with contractors, quickly conduct the steps, and strive to complete them earlier than planned. Departments, agencies, and units should strengthen their learning from experience to plan the implementation of tasks in the coming period.
