At the Uncle Ho’s Memorial House, Uncle Ho Temple and Uncle Ho with Vietnamese Farmers Monument, the delegation respectfully offered incense and flowers to express their infinite gratitude for the great contributions of President Ho Chi Minh – the National Liberation Hero, the World Cultural Celebrity, the great leader who "wholeheartedly served the Fatherland, the revolution and the people" in all his life. The delegation also reported to Uncle Ho the outstanding results and achievements that the Party Committee, government and people of Hung Yen have reaped in the 2020 - 2025 term; demonstrated the determination of the Provincial Party Committee in successfully carrying out the political tasks of the province for the 2025 - 2030 term.

Before the spirit of President Ho Chi Minh, comrade Nguyen Duc Canh, General Secretary Nguyen Van Linh, Vietnamese heroic mothers, heroic martyrs, the delegates vowed to have absolute faith in the leadership of the Party, steadfastly pursue the goal of national independence and socialism, forever follow the path that the Party, Uncle Ho and people have chosen; continue to promote the patriotic and revolutionary tradition of the homeland, demonstrate the spirit of "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Breakthrough - Development", contribute efforts, intelligence, and determination to successfully organize the 1st Congress of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030; continue to work with the Party Committee, government and people in striving to build Hung Yen to develop rapidly and sustainably, and confidently step into a new era with the whole country.
