The conference saw the presence of comrades: Major General Tran Xuan Anh, Member of the Provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board, Director of the Provincial Public Security; Ngo Thi Kim Hoan, Member of the Provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board, Standing Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; representatives of leaders of a number of departments, branches, agencies, and units of the province; leaders of 135 enterprises representing the business community in the province.

At the conference, Ms. Ngo Thi Kim Hoan, Standing Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, presented an open letter from the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee on joining hands to support the cost of the journey to collect DNA samples for relatives of unidentified martyrs. Accordingly, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee respectfully calls for the companionship, sharing and social responsibility of the business community, entrepreneurs, agencies, units, organizations, and people from all walks of life inside and outside the province to support resources, contributing directly to shortening the journey to bring heroic martyrs back to their families and homeland. Each collected DNA sample is a great hope and comfort for the martyrs' relatives; at the same time, it is a gratitude and profound human meaning between those who are living with the souls of heroic martyrs.

At the program, agencies, units, businesses and individuals supported more than 2.3 billion VND in funding and supported resources for the collection and identification of DNA samples, worthy of 8.2 billion VND.

Also at the conference, delegates listened to reports on the situation and results of the work of ensuring security and order and administrative reform in the first 10 months of 2025 of the Provincial Public Security. Under the direct leadership and direction of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Council, and the Provincial People's Committee, the entire Provincial Police force has completed the working program and plan, ensuring the maintenance of political security and social order and safety. The work of reforming administrative procedures associated with digital transformation and Project 06 performance of the Government has been deployed drastically, synchronously, and comprehensively by the police force, creating the most favorable conditions for people and businesses.

With a spirit of frankness, openness, and objectivity, representatives of businesses contributed opinions and discussed the following contents: The fight against crimes using high technology to defraud and appropriate property; support for collectives and individuals when their property is defrauded by fraudsters in cyberspace; the fire prevention and fighting for production and business establishments and the selection of consulting units, design of fire prevention and fighting systems in enterprises; ensuring traffic order and safety in general and in industrial clusters and industrial zones in particular; the management of foreigners and procedures for granting and extending visas for foreigners; the management of enterprise seals and management of support tools of security forces in enterprises...

The opinions of enterprises were answered in detail and specifically by the leaders of the units under the Provincial Public Security; at the same time, people and enterprises were guided to carry out administrative procedures in accordance with the provisions of law.

Speaking at the conference, Comrade Pham Quang Ngoc, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee acknowledged and highly appreciated the contents implemented at the conference, ensuring practicality, effectiveness and humanity, demonstrating the "When drinking water, remembering its source" philosophy of agencies, units and individuals. The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee affirmed the province's correct policies in improving the investment and business environment, improving the provincial competitiveness index; the outstanding results in economic development, budget revenue, investment in economic infrastructure development, social infrastructure, and ensuring social security of the province in 2025.

Regarding the tasks in the coming time, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized: The 1st Congress of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030, identified specific tasks of special importance as the opening stage for a period of strong transformation of the country and the province, a term to prepare the fundamental conditions to realize the aspiration for prosperous and happy development. To realize the goals of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested agencies, units and localities to continue to thoroughly grasp and synchronously deploy tasks and solutions to improve the investment and business environment, enhance competitiveness and effectively implement Resolution No. 68 of the Politburo to ensure implementation close to the actual situation with specific results and actions; promptly remove difficulties, simplify administrative procedures, cut unnecessary administrative procedures, improve the efficiency and operation of public administrative service centers at the provincial and communal levels; promote the application of e-government, strengthen discipline, administrative discipline, supervise public service, strictly handle acts of harassment and inconvenience to people and businesses. The entire provincial police force strengthens professional measures to grasp the situation, avoid being passive and surprised, proactively deploy plans and schemes, handle arising issues early, from afar and right at the grassroots level; maintain and replicate advanced models and typical examples in the movement "All people protect national security" to create a safe and healthy environment for businesses and people to confidently invest in production and business. The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee to continue to closely coordinate with departments, branches, localities, social organizations, business community, and philanthropists to mobilize resources to effectively implement the Program to join hands to support the cost of DNA sample collection for relatives of unidentified martyrs; hoping that the business community of the province will continue to proactively coordinate and exchange with the police force through information channels or directly to promptly handle, resolve and overcome arising problems, ensuring security and order to serve the socio-economic development of the province.
