The Inspection and Supervision team No. 17 worked with the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board to approve the draft report on the results of inspection and supervision work (phase 2) on four key areas, including: the organization and operation of local agencies and units after the implementation of the two-tiered local government; the tasks and solutions to ensure the achievement of the target of average gross domestic product (GDP) growth of 10% or more in the period of 2026 - 2030 according to the Resolution of the 14th National Congress of the Party; the implementation of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on making breakthroughs in the development of science, technology, innovation, and national digital transformation (Resolution No. 57); the process of reviewing, evaluating, and classifying the quality of Party organizations, Party members, and collective and individual leaders and managers at all levels. The inspection and supervision revealed that, fundamentally, Hung Yen province has carried out the four inspection areas systematically, seriously, and successfully; the operation of the two-tier local government model has been effective, demonstrating the superiority of the new model in ensuring efficiency, compactness, and strength; and there has been a clear improvement in awareness and actions in implementing Resolution No. 57. Hung Yen is the first province in the country to complete the deployment of a unified dedicated data transmission network for both the Party and the State. The inspection, evaluation, and classification of the quality of Party organizations, Party members, and collective and individual leaders and managers at all levels have been carried out seriously and in accordance with regulations. Alongside the achievements, the inspection and supervision team also pointed out some limitations, shortcomings, and their causes.

Concluding the conference, General Luong Tam Quang, Member of the Political Bureau, Minister of Public Security, and Head of the Inspection and Supervision Team, highly appreciated the preparation and coordination of Hung Yen province in carrying out the inspection and supervision activities. He affirmed that the inspection results showed that Hung Yen province had implemented the contents of the inspection and supervision program very actively, synchronously, and effectively. He emphasized: In the coming time, Hung Yen province needs to continue to focus on leading, directing, and decisively conducting the resolutions of the Central Committee; continue to review and improve the organizational model to ensure efficient, effective, and people-oriented operation; focus on building a team of cadres with strong political acumen, dynamism, and creativity; and continue to do a good job of rotating and assigning cadres to support localities facing difficulties in human resources. To thoroughly reform the evaluation of cadres, resolutely implement the policy of having both entry and exit, promotion and demotion in cadre work; focus on developing high-quality human resources in science and technology, mobilize social resources to invest in the field of science and technology; build an accurate, complete, clean, and vibrant digital data system; at the same time pay attention to ensuring cybersecurity…
