To accelerate the implementation progress of the CT.08 expressway project

To date, the CT.08 expressway project has cleared over 203 hectares of land, reaching a rate of 98.6%. Although the Provincial People's Committee has made conclusions and directed to accelerate the site clearance progress to serve the project's construction, it is still carried out slowly, especially for the agricultural land area in some localities, including Binh Nguyen commune. Along with that, the work of compensation, land recovery, land conversion affected by the project and investment in infrastructure construction of resettlement areas still has many problems.

After the on-site inspection, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Lai Van Hoan requested the localities where the project passes through to urgently hand over all agricultural land of the project no later than November 2025; complete the relocation of technical infrastructure works no later than December 31, 2025; deploy investment in infrastructure construction of resettlement areas to serve site clearance work to be completed no later than December 31, 2025. The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee noted that localities need to immediately focus on site clearance in some locations that are stuck, such as the construction area of ​​the Tra Ly River overpass and the Vu Binh water plant in Hong Vu commune. The contractor focuses on human resources and construction machinery on the areas where the site is available, ensuring the progress as well as the technical requirements of the project.
