Speaking at the conference, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Pham Quang Ngoc, requested to assign the tasks clearly to each member of the Provincial Steering Committee according to the project list; and add several important provincial projects to the list of key projects to guide the resolution and overcome difficulties and obstacles.

In his concluding remarks, the Provincial Party Secretary, Nguyen Huu Nghia, requested that the working group assisting the Provincial Steering Committee adjust and supplement the meeting schedule of the Provincial Steering Committee to once every two months based on the delegates' opinions; and advise the Provincial Steering Committee on assigning specific tasks to its members according to the project list.

To accelerate the implementation of key projects in the province and promptly address difficulties and obstacles in their execution, the Provincial Party Secretary requested that departments, agencies, and localities be more decisive in conducting projects to ensure they meet the set deadlines. Members of the Provincial Steering Committee should continue to uphold their roles and responsibilities in carrying out their tasks; regularly inspect, monitor, and urge the implementation of projects within their assigned areas, and establish mechanisms for regular reporting and supervision. During implementation, localities need to develop specific plans; focus on leading and directing the serious and effective implementation of tasks, solutions, and completion timelines for each project; closely coordinate with departments and agencies to resolve difficulties and obstacles in land clearance; and strengthen propaganda and mobilization efforts to raise public awareness of the importance of the projects and the legal regulations governing their implementation. For cases that land is deliberately not handed over to the investor, affecting project progress, coercive enforcement procedures must be urgently implemented. For areas, locations, localities, and units implementing large-scale land acquisition projects, attention must be paid to maintaining political stability, social order, and security.

Comrade Nguyen Huu Nghia, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, assigned specific tasks to relevant departments and localities for the implementation of each project. He also requested the Provincial Steering Committee's working group to review and propose removing from the list of key provincial projects some projects that have basically completed land clearance work.
