The delegates heard discussions from industrial park infrastructure investors and representatives of several departments, agencies, and localities, focusing on clarifying difficulties and obstacles in the project implementation process, such as land clearance, land acquisition and allocation procedures, construction material scarcity, and rising construction material prices. Simultaneously, several solutions were proposed to accelerate the completion of technical infrastructure and attract high-quality secondary projects to operate within the industrial parks.
Concluding the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Quang Hoa acknowledged the efforts of departments, agencies, localities, and investors in carrying out industrial park projects; and addressed several issues raised by investors and localities. He requested that departments, agencies, localities, and investors promptly review each project specifically, clarify each bottleneck, and determine responsibilities and timelines for resolution.
The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized: Given the high demands for land clearance to facilitate the construction of industrial park infrastructure, it is necessary to mobilize the synchronized participation of the entire political system, strengthen close coordination among relevant parties; and consider establishing specialized forces to focus on resolving difficulties effectively and definitively. Industrial parks need to be developed in accordance with the province's orientation, ensuring green, smart, high-tech, and sustainable development criteria, creating a competitive advantage to attract investment. Departments, localities, and investors must identify the resolution of outstanding issues in each industrial park as a key task, implementing it quickly and effectively to boost investment flows into Hung Yen, contributing to the province's economic growth in the coming period.
