To accelerate the completion of land clearance for the Hanoi Capital Region - the Ring Road No. 4 investment and construction project before December 19th

According to reports from departments, agencies, investors, and localities, the investment project for the construction of the Ring Road No. 4 - Hanoi Capital Region, the section passing through the province, is currently accelerating the progress of compensation, land acquisition, and handover of land to the construction unit. Specifically, Me So commune has completed the approval of compensation, support, and resettlement plans for 179 out of 202 households, with payments made to 140 households; Nhu Quynh commune has approved plans for 127 out of 131 households, with payments made to 85 households; Nghia Tru commune has approved plans for 182 out of 219 households, with payments made to 111 households… However, during the implementation process, some localities are facing difficulties in determining the origin of land use, and some land parcels are under dispute and are being handled by the courts.

Regarding the PVF Stadium project, the communes of Van Giang and Nghia Tru have basically completed the inventory work and have begun preparing compensation, support, and resettlement plans for households and organizations.

After the inspection, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hung Nam directed relevant departments, agencies, investors, and localities to continue strengthening coordination and decisively accelerating the implementation of land clearance work to serve the construction of the province's two key projects. Specifically the Hanoi Capital Region - the Ring Road No. 4 investment and construction project, the section passing through the province must complete land clearance before December 19th.

Provincial departments and units should continue to strengthen support teams and promptly assist localities in resolving obstacles and difficulties.
