The teleconference to study, learn, grasp and implement the resolutions of the Central and the province

The provincial leaders and delegates attend the conference at the bridge point of the Provincial People's Council - Provincial People's Committee’s Headquarters.

The conference saw the presence of comrades: Nguyen Huu Nghia, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Tran Quoc Toan, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Tran Quoc Van, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council.

The conference was also attended by former provincial leaders; Members of the Provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board; leaders of the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial People's Committee, and the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; former provincial leaders; leaders of departments, branches, sectors, and mass organizations of the province. The conference was connected online from the main bridge point at the Headquarters of the Provincial People's Council – the Provincial People's Committee to the bridge points at the district level and the Party Committees of communes and wards in the whole province.

Next, Comrade Pham Van Khue, Member of the Standing Board of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Commission, introduced the Regulation No. 368-QD/TW dated September 8, 2025 of the Politburo on the list of positions, titles, and groups of leadership titles in the political system; the Conclusion No. 197-KL/TW dated October 3, 2025 of the Politburo and Secretariat on the key tasks of grassroots’ Party organizations in the coming time.

Comrade Nguyen Van Hoa, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Commission, introduced the Directive No. 51-CT/TW dated August 8, 2025 of the Secretariat on changing party membership cards; the Regulation No. 301-QD/TU dated September 23, 2025 of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Board on reviewing, screening, and removing unqualified party members from the Party.

In the afternoon, Comrade Vu Trung Thanh, Deputy Director of the Provincial Public Security, introduced the Directive No. 02-CT/TU dated August 20, 2025 of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Board on strengthening leadership and direction of fire prevention, firefighting, and rescue work in the province.

Comrade Hoang Thai Phuc, Member of the Standing Board of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Commission, thoroughly grasped the documents: Directive No. 42-CT/TW dated January 16, 2025 of the Politburo on strengthening education on the qualities of "diligence, thrift, integrity, righteousness, impartiality"; Directive No. 43-CT/TW dated April 10, 2025 on strengthening the Party's leadership in institutionalizing the policies and guidelines on preventing and combating corruption, wastefulness, and negativity into law; and Regulations No. 148-QD/TU dated August 20, 2025 and 307-QD/TU dated September 30, 2025 of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Board related to the activities of the Provincial Steering Committee for preventing and combating corruption, wastefulness, and negativity and the process of handling petitions sent to the Provincial Party Committee.

At the conference, Comrade Nguyen Huu Nghia, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, quickly announced the results of the 13th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee, at the same time thoroughly grasped and deployed the topic "The themes, mottos, key tasks and strategic breakthroughs of the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030".

Through this conference, it aims to help cadres and party members in the whole province grasp the basic content, new points in the resolutions, directives, and conclusions of the Central Committee and the province, thereby unifying the will and actions, and determination to successfully implement the goals and tasks of socio-economic development, Party building and the political system of the province in the new period.

Speaking at the conference, the Provincial Party Secretary emphasized: Studying, learning, grasping and implementing the resolutions, directives and conclusions of the Central and the province are the key and regular political tasks of the entire Party Committee, contributing to consolidating political capacity, improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of Party committees and organizations at all levels; at the same time, enhancing the people's trust in the Party.

The Provincial Party Secretary requested Party committees, authorities, agencies and units in the whole province to continue to widely propagate and effectively implement the Resolution of the 13th Central Conference, the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress and the Party's directives, conclusions and regulations disseminated at the conference. The Party committees at all levels urgently concretize the Congress Resolution with specific action programs, projects, and plans, in line with the motto of "clear work, clear people, clear responsibilities, clear results, clear deadlines" and the spirit of "one policy, ten solutions, twenty determinations".

Along with that, conferences are held to study and thoroughly disseminate the resolutions and conclusions of the Central Committee and the province to all cadres and party members; at the same time, diversify propaganda forms with modern and vivid media products, spreading the spirit of the Resolution to each party cell, party member and all classes of people. To bring the content of the Congress Resolution into Party cell activities, training programs, and fostering cadres, party members, union members, and association members at political bases, considering this a regular and key task in the Party building work. The Party committees and authorities at all levels in the province focused on leading and directing the effective implementation of six key tasks, three strategic breakthroughs, and major groups of solutions on Party building and rectification; socio-economic development; national defense, security, and foreign affairs.

On behalf of the Standing members of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Party Secretary called on all cadres, party members, armed forces and people in the province to continue promoting the tradition of the homeland "cultural - revolutionary - heroic", unite, make efforts, and be determined to successfully implement the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, soon turning Hung Yen into a modern, civilized, rich, prosperous and happy industrial province.
