Comrade Tran Cam Tu, Member of the Politburo, Standing Member of the Secretariat, and Head of the Steering Committee for Digital Transformation in Central Party Agencies, attended and chaired the conference at the central bridge point.

At the provincial bridge point, the conference saw the presence of: Comrade Nguyen Huu Nghia, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Comrade Tran Quoc Toan, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province; and other members of the Provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board.

After one year of implementing the Digital transformation project in Party agencies according to Decision No. 204-QD/TW dated November 29, 2024, of the Central Secretariat of the Party, the digital transformation work has been seriously and focusedly implemented, achieving important results. Year 2025 marks a fundamental shift, laying the groundwork for the formation of a method of leadership, guidance, and organization of the Party's political tasks in a digital environment, based on data and shared platforms. As of December 25, 2025, the Steering Committee has assigned 309 tasks, of which 61% has been completed, and the remaining tasks are underway. Digital transformation has been performed synchronously and comprehensively across key pillars; a lot of key tasks have been completed or achieved clear results, creating a unified foundation for transitioning to the operational, exploitation, and effective development phase in the following years.

During the conference, delegates focused on analyzing and identifying some limitations and solutions to overcome them, in order to effectively implement key tasks in 2026. After one year of implementing the Project, five lessons were drawn as follows: Emphasizing the role and responsibility of leaders; institutions must lead and guide digital transformation; implementation needs to be synchronized, with continuous improvement; clearly defining infrastructure and data as the core foundation; human resource is a decisive factor in the sustainability of digital transformation. Digital transformation in Party agencies is not just about applying technology, but a comprehensive process of innovating the methods of leadership, guidance, and organization of political tasks on the foundation of digital data and full-process electronic procedures.

In his concluding remarks at the conference, Comrade Tran Cam Tu, Member of the Political Bureau, Standing member of the Secretariat, and Head of the Steering Committee, pointed out existing shortcomings, limitations, and tasks that are still lagging behind or incomplete. He emphasized: In 2026, Party agencies need to implement "breakthrough actions and widespread results" as their guiding principle; thoroughly and effectively carry out the conclusions of General Secretary To Lam at the meeting on December 25th; promote the sense of responsibility and organizational capacity of the leaders; and accelerate the completion of the legal framework, ensuring the full legal validity of electronic documents. To synchronously perform the tasks, ensure progress and quality from the central to the grassroots level; perfect business processes in the digital environment; digitize data; thoroughly address existing infrastructure shortcomings to create a solid foundation for digital transformation; review and evaluate the quality of human resources; organize training and capacity building to ensure, monitor, and handle information security.
