The Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Committee’s Party Committee has a meeting to give opinions on a number of important contents

At the meeting, the Department of Finance reported on the proposed investment policy for the construction of Trung Vuong High School and An Thi High School; the regulations, decentralization of revenue sources, expenditure tasks, and revenue sharing ratios among budget levels; the criteria and norms for allocating the provincial State budget's regular expenditure estimates in 2025; and the investment policy in medical equipment in 2025 for Pho Noi General Hospital.

Regarding this content, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Committee’s Party Committee agreed with the proposed report of the Department of Finance. It is highlighted that these are important and practical tasks to improve educational facilities, strengthen medical equipment, and improve the quality of service to the people, the Party Secretary and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Health sector to carefully review the list of equipment, ensuring quality, capacity, and efficiency.

The Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Committee’s Party Committee also agreed with the proposal of the Department of Finance on the regulations, decentralization of revenue sources, expenditure tasks, and percentage of revenue sharing between budget levels, the criteria and norms for allocating regular expenditure estimates of the State budget of Hung Yen province in 2025; at the same time, affirming that this is the basis for ensuring unified, transparent, and public budget management, in which the Provincial People's Committee’s Party Committee is assigned to fully absorb the opinions of the delegates to complete the report to submit to the competent authority.

Regarding the plan to start and inaugurate the works and projects to celebrate the 80th anniversary of National Day, September 2, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Committee’s Party Committee unanimously selected five typical works and projects of the province to be inaugurated and started on this occasion. The Party Secretary and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Construction and the Construction Investment Project Management Board No. 1 and No. 2 to advise on the organization plan and arrange a direct connection point to four points in the province, in sync with the bridge points nationwide; clearly assigning responsibilities to each agency and unit. He noted that this is an important event in the series of activities to celebrate the country's great holiday, so the preparation work must be thoughtful, strict, ensuring solemnity, safety and efficiency.

Also at the conference, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Committee’s Party Committee listened to and gave specific opinions on the following contents: The Provincial Military Command reported and proposed to approve the list of appointments to the positions of Deputy Commander, Assistant, Political Commissar, Deputy Political Commissar of the Commune-level Military Command; The Management Board of Pho Hien University Area reported on the draft plan and summary report on the implementation of the Prime Minister's Resolution on the Project to build Pho Hien University Area; The Department of Home Affairs reported on the selection of documents to apply to regulate the management of organizational structure, job positions, and payroll; develop policies to attract and promote talents to serve the development of science and technology, innovation, and digital transformation; temporarily assign civil servant payroll, number of employees, and labor contracts in 2025 after the province's merger and other important contents.

Comrade Nguyen Khac Than, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested relevant departments, branches and units to absorb the opinions of the delegates, promptly complete the dossier and plan to ensure progress and quality, and submit to the Standing members of the Provincial Party Committee and the Standing Board of the Provincial Party Committee for consideration and decision.
