The Standing Committee of the Provincial People’s Committee’s Party Committee has a meeting to give opinions on a number of important contents

At the meeting, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee discussed and gave opinions on the following contents: Reporting the progress of conducting a number of projects in the province and the transfer of the task of investor of capital sources and projects at the district level after dissolution; reporting on a number of difficulties related to receiving dossiers, appraising projects and performing the functions and tasks of the Management Board of Economic Zones and Industrial Parks of Thai Binh province (old), the Management Board of Industrial Parks of Hung Yen province (old); the Report on the progress of the implementation of the Plan for the Exhibition of Socio-Economic Achievements of the province on the occasion of the 80th National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025).

Concluding the meeting, Comrade Nguyen Khac Than, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested departments, branches and localities based on their assigned functions and tasks to focus on removing difficulties and obstacles related to relevant projects.

Regarding the transfer of the task of investor of capital sources and projects at the district level after dissolution, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Khac Than requested departments and branches to advise on a final resolution in July 2025. The Department of Home Affairs is assigned to preside over advising the Provincial People's Committee on decentralization and delegation of authority in conducting the transfer of resources to localities and units in accordance with the principle of resource allocation, ensuring that it does not affect the project progress.

Regarding the resolution of some difficulties related to receiving dossiers, appraising projects and performing the functions and tasks of the Economic Zones and Industrial Parks Management Board of Thai Binh province (old), the Industrial Parks Management Board of Hung Yen province (old), the Standing Committee of the Provincial People’s Committee’s Party Committee agreed that during the period when the competent authority has not decided to reorganize the two units, establish a new legal entity, in accordance with the policy of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, the Standing Board of the Provincial Party Committee, the Economic Zones and Industrial Parks Management Board of Thai Binh province (old) and the Industrial Parks Management Board of Hung Yen province (old) will continue to perform the functions, tasks, scope and subjects according to the establishment decisions approved by the Prime Minister. These two units are allowed to use their existing seals during the performance of their duties to ensure that the work is carried out smoothly, serving the investment promotion and attraction work in the area after the province's merger until a new decision is made by the competent authority. The Department of Home Affairs is assigned to preside over and promptly work with relevant ministries and branches to advise on the arrangement and reorganization of the two units. During the implementation process, if there are any difficulties or problems, they must be reported to the Provincial People's Committee for direction and resolution.

Regarding the preparation for the Exhibition of Socio-Economic Achievements of the Province on the occasion of the 80th National Day, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People’s Committee’s Party Committee requested the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism - the standing agency of the Steering Committee for the Exhibition of Socio-Economic Achievements of the Province on the occasion of the 80th National Day to continue to review and develop a design plan to display images, documents and typical products of the province, ensuring that the exhibition space must highlight the development achievements of the province throughout its history; at the same time, convey the province's message in the future, closely following the goals and orientations of building Hung Yen into a developed, modern industrial province, with stable, prosperous, civilized and happy people's lives... The Provincial Steering Committee and the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism will soon complete the report of the Provincial People's Committee to submit to the Standing members of the Provincial Party Committee and the Standing Board of the Provincial Party Committee for consideration and decision.

Also at the meeting, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People’s Committee’s Party Committee listened to and gave opinions on the following contents: Reporting on the progress and results of resolving difficulties in performing a number of tasks under the authority of the Provincial People's Committee’s Office and the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee; reporting on the contents expected to be submitted to the Provincial People's Council’s meeting.
