The Standing Committee of the Provincial People’s Committee’s Party Committee and members of the Provincial People's Committee meet to review and comment on a number of reports
The Standing Committee of the Provincial People’s Committee’s Party Committee and Members of the Provincial People's Committee on April 14, met to review and comment on a number of reports on the implementation of the resolutions of the Provincial Party Committee and the conclusions of the Standing Board of the Provincial Party Committee at the Headquarters of the Provincial People's Council - the Provincial People's Committee. Comrade Tran Quoc Van, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Secretary of the Provincial People’s Committee’s Party Committee chaired the meeting. In the attendance were the Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee; Deputy Secretaries of the Provincial People’s Committee’s Party Committee; members of the Provincial People's Committee; representatives of leaders of a number of province’s departments, agencies, and branches; leaders of districts, town, and city.
Delegates attend the meeting
At the meeting, the leader of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism presented a draft report summarizing the implementation of Resolution No. 13-NQ/TU dated October 8, 2021 of the 19th Provincial Party Executive Committee on the Program for preserving and promoting the values of cultural heritage and historical relics associated with tourism development in Hung Yen province for the period 2021 - 2025, with a vision to 2030; the leader of the Department of Education and Training presented a draft report summarizing the implementation of Resolution No. 12-NQ/TU dated October 8, 2021 of the 19th Provincial Party Executive Committee on the Program for education and training development in Hung Yen province for the period 2021 - 2025, with a vision to 2030; the leader of the Department of Science and Technology presented the draft report summarizing the implementation of Resolution No. 06-NQ/TU dated June 15, 2021 of the 19th Provincial Party Executive Committee on the Digital Transformation Program of Hung Yen province for the period 2021 - 2025, with a vision to 2030; the leader of the Department of Finance reported summarizing the implementation of Conclusion No. 223-KL/TU dated June 24, 2021 of the Provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board on the Project to attract investment and improve provincial competitiveness index (PCI) of Hung Yen province for the period 2021 - 2025, with a vision to 2030; the leader of the Department of Construction presented a summary report on the implementation of Resolution No. 10-NQ/TU dated June 28, 2021 of the 19th Provincial Party Executive Committee on the Transport Development Program of Hung Yen Province for the period 2021 - 2025, with a vision to 2030 and a summary report on the implementation of Resolution No. 29-NQ/TU dated July 5, 2022 of the 19th Provincial Party Executive Committee on the Urban Development Program of Hung Yen Province for the period 2021 - 2025, with a vision to 2030.
Then, the delegates focused on discussing and supplementing the achieved results, difficulties and limitations in the implementation of the resolutions of the Provincial Party Committee, the conclusions of the Standing Board of the Provincial Party Committee; at the same time, proposing and recommending to the Provincial Party Committee a number of specific contents and solutions for the Provincial Party Committee to continue to lead and direct the implementation in the coming time.
Concluding the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Quoc Van agreed with the draft reports. At the same time, he affirmed that the results in implementation of the resolutions of the Provincial Party Committee and the conclusions of the Standing Board of the Provincial Party Committee shown in the reports were the efforts and high political determination of the authorities at all levels, contributing to the successful and comprehensive performance of the socio-economic development goals of each year and the entire period of 2021 - 2025.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested relevant departments and branches to supplement the results and targets for implementation of the resolutions and conclusions that the delegates specifically contributed at the meeting to complete the report to ensure good quality.
