The Standing Board of the Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee give opinions on several important issues.

At the meeting, delegates focused on discussing and giving opinions on the Project "Building Hung Yen province into a modern industrial province, among the leading provinces nationwide in the period 2026 - 2030, with a vision to 2045"; simultaneously, the meeting considered the proposal to issue a Resolution of the Provincial People's Council on adjusting the socio-economic development tasks in 2026.

The meeting also heard and gave opinions on the contents expected to be submitted to the Provincial People's Council at the extraordinary session in February 2026, including: a report proposing the issuance of a Resolution stipulating the collection, exemption, reduction, collection, payment, management and use of fees and charges under the authority of the Provincial People's Council; a report on the selection and application in the province of Resolution No. 24/2024/NQ-HĐND dated June 6, 2024, stipulating financial support from the state budget for religious organizations and religious dignitaries and officials; a report proposing the issuance of a Resolution approving the merger plan of the Hung Yen and Thai Binh (formerly) Provincial Farmers' Support Fund, establishing the Hung Yen Provincial Farmers' Support Fund, along with other important contents.

After discussing and providing specific feedback on each report, the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, and the Members of the Provincial People's Committee unanimously agreed with the contents of the reports and the proposals from the departments, agencies, and units.

Concluding the meeting, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested relevant agencies to continue reviewing, supplementing, and perfecting the dossiers, proposals, and draft resolutions, ensuring they are legally sound, clear in content, within the proper authority, and in accordance with the law.

The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee instructed departments, agencies, and units to proactively coordinate and meticulously prepare the necessary conditions to ensure the quality of the content presented at the extraordinary session of the Provincial People's Council, thereby enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of state management, creating consensus and unity in implementation, and meeting the development requirements of the province in the new phase.
