The Provincial Public Security launches the intensive crime prevention campaign
On the morning of December 12, the Provincial Public Security held a ceremony to launch an intensive crime prevention campaign, ensure security and order, and absolutely protect the security and safety of the 14th National Party Congress, the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and the People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term, the Lunar New Year of Binh Ngo 2026, the major national events, and early year festivals.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and the Director of the Provincial Public Security present flowers to encourage the forces carrying out the intensive campaign.
The launching ceremony saw the presence of Mr. Pham Quang Ngoc, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; and Major General Tran Xuan Anh, Member of the Standing Board of the Provincial Party Committee and Director of the Provincial Public Security.

Accordingly, the peak period of crime suppression will take place from December 15, 2025 to March 16, 2026, with the goal of combating and preventing all types of crime, maintaining political security, ensuring security and order, and absolutely protecting the security and safety of political events and major national holidays.
To effectively achieve the goals of the peak period, the Party Committee and the Director of the Hung Yen Provincial Public Security require the heads of police units and localities to focus intensely on commanding, directing, inspecting, supervising, and guiding implementation, striving to complete and exceed the set targets.
To proactively detect, combat, and prevent all conspiracies and activities that disrupt security and order; strengthen economic security, rural security, and internal political protection, with a determination to avoid being passive or surprised. The police force must firmly grasp the local situation, forecast and analyze the evolution of crime to advise the Party committees and authorities at all levels on mobilizing the entire political system to participate in leading, directing, and organizing the fight against crime, with the police force as the core.
At the same time, strengthen state management of security and order, focus on residence management, foreigner management, immigration management, and management of conditional business sectors…
