On the morning of January 6, at the Headquarters of the Provincial People's Council - the Provincial People's Committee, Mr. Nguyen Le Huy, Member of the Standing Board of the Provincial Party Committee and Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, chaired a meeting between the Provincial People's Committee and Phu My Hung Development Co., Ltd., led by Mr. Gary Tseng, General Director of the company, to explore the investment environment and cooperation opportunities in the province.

At the meeting, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Le Huy highly appreciated the interest of Phu My Hung Development Co., Ltd. in the province; and provided an overview of the socio-economic development situation, outstanding potentials and advantages, as well as the province's investment attraction orientation in the current period.
He emphasized: After the administrative unit merger, Hung Yen has much room for development thanks to its favorable geographical location, a synchronously connected transportation infrastructure system, a large land fund for development, and abundant human resources, suitable for developing urban areas, services, and industries in a modern and sustainable direction.

Reaffirming the consistent viewpoint in attracting investment, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee stated that Hung Yen prioritizes selecting investors with financial capacity, experience, and a long-term vision; focusing on projects that are well-planned, synchronous, environmentally friendly, have a high ripple effect, and contribute to promoting socio-economic development and improving the quality of life for the people.
During the working session, Mr. Gary Tseng, General Director of Phu My Hung Development Co., Ltd., expressed his impression of the rapid development and outstanding achievements of Hung Yen province in recent years. Mr. Gary Tseng also provided an overview of the company's formation, development, and areas of strength, particularly its experience in investing in and developing urban areas and mixed-use functional zones with a comprehensive, modern, and sustainable planning orientation in many localities nationwide.
The company representative expressed a desire to continue receiving attention and support from the provincial leadership and relevant departments in researching and exploring suitable investment opportunities in the province, especially in priority areas such as urban infrastructure, thereby enabling the early implementation of specific projects and contributing to the overall development of the locality.
Based on the exchanges and proposals from the company, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee once again affirmed that Hung Yen province is always ready to cooperate and create favorable conditions for investors in the process of researching, accessing information, and implementing projects.
The Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested Phu My Hung Development Co., Ltd. to continue working with relevant departments and agencies, especially the Department of Finance and the Department of Construction, to fully understand the province's planning and development orientations; at the same time, assigned specialized agencies to act as focal points for exchanging and providing specific information to the enterprise.
