Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Lai Van Hoan delivers directives at the meeting.
The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee instructed the Construction Investment Project Management Board No. 01 to urge contractors to proactively arrange materials, equipment, and personnel, and organize continuous construction work; he directed them to coordinate with relevant units to resolve material supply issues and prevent construction interruptions.
Regarding site clearance, he requested that the commune and ward People's Committees strictly adhere to the milestones agreed upon by the Provincial People's Committee and urgently hand over agricultural land for construction; remaining tasks must be completed on schedule, avoiding the setting of merely perfunctory deadlines.
He directed departments, agencies, and localities to focus on decisively resolving bottlenecks affecting key projects, such as the provincial road No. 387 and the provincial road No. 382B; the road and embankment along the Ban River; the Chi Tan - Toan Thang route; the planned 69-meter-wide Pham Ngu Lao road passing through Duc Hoa Industrial Park; the East-West road; roads 384 and 382; and Ring Road No. 3.5. Particular focus must be placed on the East-West road and Ring Road No. 3.5; this entails regular site inspections and the immediate resolution of any outstanding issues to ensure the progress of these key provincial projects and the achievement of the 2026 public investment disbursement targets.
