The leader of the Department of Finance reports at the meeting.
In addition to the achieved results, the disbursement progress of some projects is still implemented slowly. The main reason is that the capital plan for 2025 has increased, while the investment preparation, approval, and contractor selection of some large projects are still prolonged. Many projects are stuck in site clearance, lack of resettlement land, scarce material sources, and sharp increase in material prices, causing difficulties for construction. In addition, the implementation of the 2-tier local government model and the delay in adjusting investment policies also affected the disbursement progress...
At the meeting, delegates focused on discussing and proposing solutions to remove difficulties, speed up the implementation progress and disbursement of public investment capital in the last months of the year.
The leader of the Construction Investment Management Board No. 2 reports at the meeting.
Concluding the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Le Huy requested departments, branches and localities to seriously consider and evaluate the objective and subjective causes affecting the progress of public investment disbursement; strictly carry out the directions of the Government, the Prime Minister and the province on boosting the disbursement of public investment capital, considering this a key task in 2025.
