The Provincial People's Committee announces and awards the decisions on personnel work
On the morning of December 1, Comrade Pham Quang Ngoc, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired the meeting of the Provincial People's Committee to announce and award the decisions on personnel work. The meeting drew the attendance of comrades of the Standing Board of the Provincial Party Committee, leaders of the Provincial People's Committee, leaders of relevant departments and branches.

At the meeting, the leaders of the Department of Home Affairs announced the decisions of the Provincial People's Committee on transferring Comrade Vu Thanh Van, Member of the Standing Board of the Provincial Party Committee, Chief Inspector of the province to work at the Department of Industry and Trade and appointing him to the position of Director of the Department of Industry and Trade; transferring Comrade Cao Quang Hung, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Department of Industry and Trade to work at the Provincial Industrial Parks Management Board and appointing him to the position of Director of the Provincial Industrial Parks Management Board; mobilizing comrade Vu Quoc Nghi, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Provincial Industrial Parks Management Board to work at the Provincial Inspectorate and appointing him to the position of Chief Inspector of the province. The appointment period for the positions is 5 years, starting from December 1, 2025.

In his speech assigning tasks, on behalf of the Standing Board, the Provincial People's Committee’s Party Committee and the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee, comrade Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee congratulated the comrades who were trusted by the Standing Board of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee to hold key positions, heads of departments and branches of the province.

The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized that the three comrades who were transferred and appointed were all well-trained and had held leadership positions in departments, branches and sectors in the localities; and were all planned for key leadership positions in the province. During their work, they all completed their tasks well and excellently, and were recognized by leaders at all levels.
The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the comrades who were transferred and appointed to clearly identify that the Provincial Inspectorate, the Department of Industry and Trade, and the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board are all agencies holding important positions in advising the Provincial People's Committee to lead important tasks to gradually realize the goals and tasks of the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030 and the expectations of the Party Committee, government and people of Hung Yen province, the Central Party Committee, the Government and the National Assembly. At the same time, he hopes that they will continue to promote their capacity, strengths, and working experience; promote the spirit of solidarity, aspiration, discipline, and responsibility; closely coordinate with the collective leadership, civil servants, and public employees of departments and branches, and successfully complete tasks according to the functions of the sector and field; together with the collective Standing Board, Party Committee, and leaders of the Provincial People's Committee, successfully complete the task of socio-economic development, strengthen national defense and security, and build Hung Yen to develop rapidly and sustainably in the coming time.
