The Provincial Party Committee’s Standing members meets with the Commune Party Committee’s and the Ward Party Committee’s Secretaries
On the afternoon of March 2nd, the Provincial Party Committee’s Standing members held a meeting with the Commune Party Committee’s and the Ward Party Committee’s Secretaries to celebrate the beginning of the Lunar New Year Binh Ngo 2026 and to prepare for the election of National Assembly’s deputies for the 16th term and the People's Council’s deputies at all levels for the 2026-2031 term at the Provincial Party Committee’s Headquarters. The meeting saw the participation of: Comrade Nguyen Huu Nghia, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Comrade Pham Quang Ngoc, Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Comrade Tran Quoc Toan, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province; Comrade Tran Quoc Van, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Members of the Provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board; the Standing members of the Provincial People's Council; and leaders of the Provincial People's Committee.

At the meeting, the Party Secretaries of the communes and wards exchanged and discussed such difficulties and obstacles in their localities related to areas as: the arrangement of professional staff; the regulations and policies for leadership and management positions; the recruitment of part-time personnel; urban planning and land use right certificate issuance; and election organization...
The Party Secretaries of the communes and wards requested the province to continue to pay attention to leading and directing the improvement of the quality of Party cell activities, focusing on developing new Party members; and provide guidance on allocating staffing quotas for the commune-level General Service Centers.

Speaking at the meeting, Comrade Pham Quang Ngoc, Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, answered and clarified some issues of concern to the Party Secretaries of communes and wards; at the same time, he outlined the directions, grouped tasks, and assigned specific responsibilities to each sector and locality in state management to successfully complete the assigned tasks.

Speaking at the meeting, Comrade Nguyen Huu Nghia, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, informed the delegates about the outstanding socio-economic achievements of the province in 2025, such as: economic growth rate; budget revenue collection; development of high-quality industry and agriculture; significant improvements in the appearance of new rural areas; synchronized investment in infrastructure; effective implementation of social security work; and a reduction in the poverty rate. Local military and national defense work is ensured, political security and social order are maintained; the Party and political system construction has seen positive changes...

Emphasizing the groups of tasks that need to be focused on in the coming time, the Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Huu Nghia requested the Party Secretaries of communes and wards to promptly grasp and effectively implement the policies, resolutions, conclusions, and directives of the Party, State, and the province on socio-economic development, state budget, and public investment in 2026; to lead and direct the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and deputies to the People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term, ensuring that they closely adhere to the requirements and tasks, and are consistent with the actual situation of the locality and unit; proactively grasp the situation of the people, resolve complaints and denunciations related to the voter list before the legally stipulated deadline, and prevent the emergence of hotspots and complex issues; promote extensive information and propaganda about the meaning and importance of the election, and uphold the people's right to self-governance; continue to review, reorganize, and improve the organizational structure of the two-tier local government; strengthen the training and development of cadres at all levels, especially at the grassroots level, ensuring they possess sufficient capacity, qualifications, moral character, and prestige; improve the quality of Party activities, education, and management of Party members; review and adjust the 2026 socio-economic development plan to meet requirements and achieve a GRDP growth rate of 11-12% for the province; maintain political security and social order; and organize the 2026 military conscription ceremony effectively.
