The Provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board discusses and gives opinions on important issues
On the morning of June 18, at the Provincial Party Committee’s Headquarters, Comrade Pham Quang Ngoc, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, chaired a meeting of the Provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board to give opinions on the issues within its authority. The meeting drew the attendance of Comrades Tran Quoc Van, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Manh Quyen, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee. It saw the participation of representatives of central agencies; members of the Provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board; leaders of the Provincial People's Committee, and a number of provincial departments and agencies.

At the conference, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission reported on the supplementation of the Provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board’s inspection and supervision program in 2026; amending and supplementing the working regulations of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission, term I, period 2025-2030; and issuing the Action Program to implement Resolution No. 05-NQ/TW dated April 7, 2026.

The Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission reported on the Project "Innovating and improving the quality and effectiveness of studying, understanding, and implementing the Party resolutions in the province from 2026 to 2030 and beyond"; summarizing the 5-year implementation of Decision No. 23-QĐ/TW dated July 30, 2021, of the Politburo on promulgating the Regulations on mass mobilization work of the political system (2021-2026); and proposing adjustments to the name of the model "Government accompanying and serving the people and businesses".

The Provincial People's Committee’s Party Committee reported on the policy of receiving funding for research, survey, and preparation of the 1/2000 scale zoning plan for Hiep Cuong Industrial Park; adjusting the investment policy for the dredging and embankment project on both sides of the Thong Nhat canal section from Nguyen Xa sluice gate to K35 sluice gate, Dong Hung district; the policy for implementing the dredging project combined with product recovery on the national inland waterway of Tra Ly River; the results of reviewing and handling slow-progressing, stalled, and prolonged projects; the allocation and use of surplus land and buildings; handling violations of land laws in the province; the investment policy for the renovation and upgrading project of To Quyen road section from the Ring road No. 3.5 to the National Highway 5; issuing a Resolution to support funding for the implementation of enrollment services for grade 10 in public high schools in the 2026-2027 school year in Hung Yen province; adjusting and supplementing the plan for outgoing and incoming delegations in the last six months of 2026.
The Provincial Party Committee's Organization Commission reported on the issuance of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Board’s guidelines on quarterly periodic evaluations of cadres, civil servants, and public employees holding leadership and management positions at all levels in the political system of Hung Yen province; recruiting former district-level associations and former commune-level non-professional personnel into civil service positions; awarding the Certificates of Merit of the Provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board to collectives and individuals with achievements in the Hung Yen Province Excellent Speaker and Propagandist Competition in 2026; nominating personnel to participate in the 13th Central Committee of the Youth Union, term 2026-2031; and re-admitting Party members from the Tran Lam Ward Party Committee.

Speaking at the conference, Comrade Pham Quang Ngoc, Member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, urged delegates to uphold a high sense of responsibility and contribute opinions on the contents presented at the conference. He analyzed and clarified the issues related to the importance, necessity, legal basis, and policies for issuing the documents, as well as the tasks for organizing the implementation.
