The Provincial Military Party Committee issues resolution on the leadership in implementing tasks in 2025

In 2024, under the leadership and direction of the Party Committee of Military Region 3, the Provincial Party Committee, the Party Committee, the Provincial Military Command focused on leading, directing, and doing a good job of advising the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Council, and the Provincial People's Committee to lead, direct, and organize the comprehensive implementation of local military and defense work and military rear policies; speeding up the construction of military work in the defense zone and building the Headquarters of the Commune-level Military Command attached to the training grounds for the militia and self-defense forces and the reserve mobilization. The leaders of the Provincial Military Command advised on organizing command rehearsal - one-sided and two-level agencies attached to mobilizing reserve soldiers to fire live ammunition; directing defense zone rehearsal for the districts of Phu Cu, Van Lam and Hung Yen city; directing the drills to ensure national defense and security for the Department of Transport and the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism. The Provincial Military Party Committee led agencies and units to thoroughly grasp and strictly perform the instructions, orders and regulations of the superiors on combat readiness; maintain and well carry out the regimes of command, duty, combat duty, patrol, guard and military control. The Provincial Military Party Committee led the successful completion of the task of military recruitment, assigned 1,852 young people to perform military service; organized 90 training classes on national defense and security knowledge for 2,608 cadres and 1,465 classes for 57,617 students. Along with that, the Provincial Military Party Committee led Party committees, agencies and units to closely coordinate with the police force to grasp the situation, proactively forecast and promptly advise on resolving cases and matters related to political security, social order and safety, ensuring absolute safety on holidays, New Year's days, anniversaries and protecting the Party and State leaders visiting and working in the province...

In 2025, the Provincial Military Party Committee focuses on leading the comprehensive completion of the targets set out in the Resolution of the 15th Provincial Military Party Congress, term 2020 - 2025; successfully organizes the congresses of Party committees and Party cells in the provincial armed forces and the 16th Provincial Military Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030. To proactively advise the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Council, and the Provincial People's Committee to lead and direct the work of state management of national defense, focus on accelerating the construction of works in the provincial and district defense zones; closely coordinate with the District, Town and City Party Committees to build an increasingly solid national defense posture associated with the people's security posture. The Provincial Military Party Committee leads agencies and units to coordinate with functional forces, agencies and units to maintain political security, social order and safety in the area; constantly improve the overall quality, level and combat readiness capability...

Delegates pass the resolution

At the conference, delegates discussed and focused on clarifying the shortcomings, limitations, causes and lessons; at the same time, proposed tasks and measures to lead the implementation of tasks in 2025 with specific goals and tasks in leading the implementation of military tasks, local defense and military rear policies.

In his speech at the conference, Lieutenant General Nguyen Quang Ngoc, Commander of Military Region 3, requested the Provincial Military Party Committee to continue to promote the spirit of solidarity and unity to successfully carry out assigned tasks; proactively advise the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Council, and the Provincial People's Committee to lead and direct the successful completion of local military and defense tasks; continue to thoroughly grasp and effectively implement the Resolution of the Party Committee of Military Region 3 on improving training quality for the period 2023 - 2030 and the following years; focus on building a comprehensively strong unit "Exemplary, typical"; pay attention to the leadership to ensure good logistics - technology, finance for training tasks, combat readiness and regular tasks, ensure absolute safety...

Concluding the conference, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Huu Nghia respectfully thanked and seriously accepted the guidance and suggestions of Commander of Military Region 3 Nguyen Quang Ngoc to include in the resolution on the leadership in implementing tasks in 2025. Regarding the political goals and tasks of the province set out in 2025 and the following years, the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested the Provincial Military Party Committee to actively and proactively advise the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Council and the Provincial People's Committee to effectively implement Resolution 8 of the Central Committee (term 13) on the Strategy for protecting the Fatherland in the new situation; advise on accelerating the construction progress of works in the provincial and district-level defense zones according to the conclusions of the Standing members of the Provincial Party Committee and the plan of the Provincial People's Committee; advise on the completion of military recruitment tasks, improve the quality of national defense and security education. The Provincial Military Party Committee leads agencies and units to strictly maintain combat readiness, promptly adjust and supplement combat documents according to requirements and tasks; strengthen the leadership and direction to effectively carry out military rear policies, especially during holidays, New Year’s days, and important events of the Party, State, and military.
