The Provincial Military Party Committee issues a resolution on leadership in the tasks performances in 2026

In 2025, under the leadership and direction of the Party Committee of Military Region 3, the Provincial Party Committee, the Party Committee, and the Provincial Military Command focused on leading, directing, and doing a good job of advising the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Council, and the Provincial People's Committee to lead, direct, and organize the comprehensive implementation of military and local defense work and military rear policies. The Party Committee led the provincial armed forces to complete the task of soldiers recruitment, meeting 100% of the assigned targets; organize training, dissemination, and education on national defense and security for the subjects. To advise on the implementation of the arrangement and reorganization of military agencies at all levels. To proactively perfect organizations and forces in the unit to operate in a unified, effective, and stable manner in terms of political ideology. Leaders strictly maintained combat readiness, ensuring the safety of the unit and the area; participated in competitions and sports events at all levels with good achievements; successfully organized defensive combat exercises for the Border Guard Command. To ensure full and timely logistics, technical and financial work for the tasks.

Along with that, the Provincial Military Party Committee led all levels of Party committees, agencies and units to closely coordinate with the police force to grasp the situation, proactively forecast and promptly advise on resolving cases and matters related to political security, social order and safety, ensuring absolute safety for holidays and events and protecting Party and State leaders who visited and worked in the province; participating in preventing, combating, overcoming and mitigating natural disasters...

In 2026, the Provincial Military Party Committee will focus on advising the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Council and the Provincial People's Committee to thoroughly grasp and organize the implementation of the Central's directives and resolutions on local military and defense work; adjust the project to build the provincial defense zone and continue to speed up the construction progress of military works in the defense zone at all levels; coordinate and advise on completing 100% of the 2026 military recruitment target. To lead and direct the strict maintenance of combat readiness; lead the Border Guard Command to synchronously implement working measures, effectively participate in the implementation of local military and defense tasks.

Speaking at the conference, Lieutenant General Nguyen Duc Hung, the Party Committee Secretary, Political Commissar of Military Region 3, requested the Provincial Military Party Committee to proactively advise the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Council, and the Provincial People's Committee to lead and direct the successful completion of local military and defense tasks; continue to thoroughly grasp and effectively implement the Resolution of the Military Region 3’s Party Committee on improving the quality of training for the period 2023 - 2030 and the following years; focus on building a strong and comprehensive unit "Exemplary, typical"; organize to thoroughly grasp and strictly implement the resolutions of the Central Committee, the Central Military Commission, the Provincial Party Committee and the Military Region Party Committee.

In his concluding remarks at the conference, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Huu Nghia accepted the guidance and suggestions of Lieutenant General Nguyen Duc Hung. Regarding the political goals and tasks set for the province in 2026, the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested the Provincial Military Party Committee to well implement the 9 tasks and solutions set out; actively and proactively advise the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Council and the Provincial People's Committee to effectively implement Resolution No. 28-NQ/TW dated September 22, 2008 of the Politburo (10th tenure) on continuing to build provinces and centrally-run cities into solid defense zones in the new situation; Resolution No. 44-NQ/TW dated November 24, 2023 of the Party Central Committee on the Strategy for Homeland Protection in the new situation; Decree No. 200/2025/ND-CP dated March 28, 2025 of the Government detailing a number of articles of the Law on Civil Defense. To advise on speeding up the construction progress of works in the provincial defense area. To closely coordinate and direct the military recruitment work in 2026; lead the strict maintenance of combat readiness, ensuring absolute safety during holidays, New Year, and important political events of the country and the province; lead the implementation of 3 breakthroughs in the spirit of the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Military Party Congress, term 2025-2030.
