At the Hung Yen provincial bridge point, the conference saw the participation of comrades: Nguyen Huu Nghia, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Pham Quang Ngoc, Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Tran Quoc Toan, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province; Tran Quoc Van, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; former Standing members of the Provincial Party Committee; members of the Provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board; Standing members of the Provincial People's Council, leaders of the Provincial People's Committee; and the Provincial National Assembly Delegation. The conference was connected online to 800 bridge points throughout the province with the participation of over 50,000 Party members.

The conference focused on studying, grasping, and implementing the Resolution of the 14th National Congress of the Party, concentrating on new points, core contents, and breakthroughs. At the conference, delegates were briefed on 10 topics.

Opening the conference, Comrade Trinh Van Quyet, Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, and Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, delivered a presentation on the topic: “Key contents, core contents, new contents, and 40 years of experience in reform in the Political Report of the 13th Central Committee at the 14th National Congress of the Party.”

Following this, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh delivered a presentation on the topic “Action Program for implementing the Resolution of the 14th National Congress of the Party.”

Comrade Le Minh Hung, Member of the Political Bureau, Secretary of the Central Committee of the Party, and Head of the Central Organization Commission, delivered a presentation on the topic "Report summarizing Party building work during the 13th Party Congress term and summarizing 15 years of implementing the Party Charter (2011-2025), the directions, tasks, and solutions for Party building work and implementation of the Party Charter during the 14th Party Congress term".

Comrade Nguyen Thanh Nghi, Member of the Political Bureau, Secretary of the Central Committee of the Party, and Head of the Central Policy and Strategy Department, delivered a presentation on the topic "Assessment of 5 years of implementing the 10-year socio-economic development strategy (2021-2030) and the socio-economic development plan for 2026-2030".

Comrade Bui Thi Minh Hoai, Member of the Political Bureau, Secretary of the Central Committee of the Party, and Chairwoman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, delivered a presentation on the topic "Promoting the strength of national unity in the cause of national construction, development, and defense in the new era."

Comrade Luong Tam Quang, Member of the Political Bureau and Minister of Public Security, delivered a presentation on the topic "New thinking and understanding on national security at the 14th National Party Congress."

Comrade Le Hoai Trung, Member of the Political Bureau and Minister of Foreign Affairs, delivered a presentation on the topic "Developing foreign relations in the new era commensurate with the historical, cultural, and positional stature of the country."

Comrade Doan Minh Huan, Member of the Political Bureau and Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Political Academy, delivered a presentation on the topic "The outline for summarizing 100 years of the Party's leadership of the Vietnamese revolution (1930-2030), the orientation and leadership for national development in the next 100 years (2030-2130), and a summary of 40 years of implementing the Platform for building the country during the transitional period to socialism."

Comrade Tran Sy Thanh, Member of the Political Bureau, Secretary of the Central Committee of the Party, and Chairman of the Central Inspection Commission, delivered a presentation on the topic "Innovating inspection and supervision work to contribute to strengthening discipline and order to meet the requirements of tasks in the new situation in accordance with the spirit of the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress."

Delivering a keynote address at the conference, Comrade To Lam, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, emphasized: The 14th National Congress of the Party was a resounding success, opening a new stage of national development with a long-term vision, clear goals, and high political determination from the entire Party, people, and armed forces. The Resolution of the 14th National Congress of the Party is a profound summation of theory and practice; reflecting the will and aspirations of the entire Party and people to successfully build a peaceful, independent, democratic, prosperous, civilized, and happy Vietnam, steadily advancing towards socialism. To transform the spirit and scope of the Resolution of the 14th National Congress of the Party into a unified action program throughout the Party, people, and armed forces, General Secretary To Lam stressed that all of the country's achievements are linked to periods when correct policies were implemented decisively, synchronously, and effectively. To meet the increasingly high demands of the country's development process in the new phase, there must be a unified and decisive shift in thinking: a strong move from "talking" to "doing," from awareness to action; resolutely overcoming the situation of "talking much but doing little," "saying well but doing poorly," "saying not matching doing," and ending bureaucratic and formalistic working methods. Each Party committee, each Party organization, each cadre and Party member, especially the leaders, must uphold a high sense of responsibility and set a leading example in transforming policy decisions into reality. The Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress has identified the strategic development goals of the country in the new phase and set forth the requirements to improve the capacity to realize these goals into concrete, measurable results that the people directly benefit from. Based on this, it is necessary to focus on implementing five key points that are decisive in the implementation of the Resolution, as follows: Focusing on improving the capacity to institutionalize and concretize the resolution into policies and laws; reforming the methods of organization and implementation, and enforcing discipline; considering development effectiveness and people's satisfaction as the best measure of the Resolution's implementation; building a team of cadres with the capacity to organize and implement, who dare to think, dare to act, and dare to take responsibility for the common good; linking the implementation of the Resolution with the renewal of the Party's leadership methods and improving the effectiveness of national governance. General Secretary To Lam requested that Party committees, Party organizations, governments, the Fatherland Front, and political and social organizations at all levels promptly concretize the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress into programs and action plans suitable to their functions, tasks, and practical conditions. To clearly identify what needs to be done immediately, the breakthroughs that require focused leadership and guidance, ensuring that words are matched by actions, and that work is done thoroughly and produces concrete results. To narrow the gap between the resolution and actual results is the measure of the Party's leadership and governance capabilities. That is also the standard by which history will evaluate today's generation of cadres and Party members based on the development achievements of the country, the practical values ​​that the people have enjoyed, and the people's trust and love for the Party.
