The national conference on studying, grasping, and implementing the Resolution No. 79-NQ/TW and the Resolution No. 80-NQ/TW of the Politburo
On the morning of February 25, the Politburo and the Central Secretariat of the Communist Party of Vietnam held a national conference to study, grasp, and implement the Resolution No. 79-NQ/TW, dated January 6, 2026, of the Politburo on the development of the state-owned economy and the Resolution No. 80-NQ/TW, dated January 7, 2026, of the Politburo on the development of Vietnamese culture. The conference was held in face-to-face form in the Dien Hong meeting room, National Assembly building, connecting online to the bridge points of ministries, departments, localities, and agencies.
The conference drew the attendance of: Comrade To Lam, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam; State President Luong Cuong; Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh; and Chairman of the National Assembly Tran Thanh Man; Permanent Member of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu; former leaders of the Party and State; Members of the Politburo, Members of the Party Central Committee, and alternate members of the Party Central Committee.

At the Hung Yen province bridge point, it saw the participation of comrades: Nguyen Huu Nghia, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Pham Quang Ngoc, Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Tran Quoc Van, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Members of the Provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board; Standing members of the Provincial People's Council, leaders of the Provincial People's Committee; and leaders of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation. The conference was connected online to more than 950 bridge points in the province with the participation of nearly 57,000 Party members.
Opening the conference, Comrade Trinh Van Quyet, Member of the Political Bureau, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, and Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, delivered a presentation on the topic: "The core content of Resolution No. 80-NQ/TW, dated January 7, 2026, of the Political Bureau on the development of Vietnamese culture."
Following this, Comrade Nguyen Thanh Nghi, Member of the Political Bureau, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, and Head of the Central Policy and Strategy Department, delivered a presentation on the topic: "The core content of Resolution No. 79-NQ/TW, dated January 6, 2026, of the Political Bureau on the development of the State economy."
