Under the strong leadership and direction of the Provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board, the Provincial Steering Committee, Party committees and authorities at all levels, along with the active participation of the entire political system and the support of the people, the implementation of key projects in the province has changed positively, achieving specific results for each project.

Of which, the investment project to build the Ring Road 4 - Hanoi Capital Region through the province has handed over the construction site of 25.84 km, the length of land that has not been handed over is 7.81 km. Currently, the contractor is mobilizing 32 engineers, 176 workers, and machine operators to organize into 8 construction teams. On the route, 2 bridge locations, 39 cast-in-place box culvert locations, 58 precast box culvert locations have been deployed... For the Tan Phuc - Vong Phan Road Project (intersecting to the provincial road No. 378), the localities have basically completed the site clearance of agricultural land and public land and are carrying out the site clearance work for residential land and cemetery land. Currently, the contractor is arranging 11 construction teams with the implementation value of 957.27/2,049.065 billion VND. Regarding the Project to build a route connecting cultural heritage, tourism and economic development along the Red River, the Department of Construction and Investment Management (Ministry of Transport) announced the results of the project appraisal in Official Dispatch No. 147/CQLXD-DADT1 dated January 18, 2025. On February 17, 2025, the Provincial People's Committee approved the Project in Decision No. 387/QD-UBND. For the 7 key industrial cluster projects, 4 projects have completed site clearance from 80% to nearly 93%, of which the Kim Dong Industrial Cluster project reached 92.7%. For the Yen My II Industrial Park low-income housing construction investment project, a notice of land recovery has been issued for 575 households with an area of ​​23.37 hectares, the remaining area of ​​7.53 hectares of land managed by the Commune People's Committee is being extracted in detail to submit for the issuance of a notice of land recovery.

In addition to the achievements, the implementation of key projects in the province still has projects that have not achieved results according to the requirements of the Provincial Steering Committee such as: Land acquisition and site clearance work has not ensured the requirements and progress of the assignment. The reason is that some localities are still confused in the implementation, have not been determined to speed up the progress of the project; are still confused in issuing compensation, support and resettlement plans for residential land, continue to wait for the province to issue other mechanisms and policies on land acquisition and site clearance; the work of propaganda and mobilization of people to move graves has not been regular and continuous...

At the meeting, delegates focused on discussing and reporting specifically on difficulties and obstacles; reporting and explaining the reasons for the slow progress of project implementation in each locality compared to the progress assigned by the Provincial Steering Committee; at the same time, proposing solutions to remove difficulties, obstacles, and bottlenecks so that the implementation of key projects in the province in the coming time will achieve better results.

Concluding the meeting, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Huu Nghia emphasized that 2025 is a year of acceleration and breakthrough with many key tasks that the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee must focus on leading and directing the implementation; including the goal of striving for an economic growth rate of 10% - 10.5% and boosting the progress and efficiency of public investment. To achieve the set goals and create a clear change in investment attraction, the members of the Provincial Steering Committee promote their sense of responsibility, take the lead and set an example together with the Provincial Steering Committee to focus on leading and directing the acceleration of the implementation of key projects and works of the province. Districts, towns and cities urgently complete the land use plan dossier for 2025 to send to specialized agencies for appraisal, submit to the Provincial People's Committee for promulgation to carry out the next land procedures of the project; strengthen the management of projects subject to land reclamation notices to prevent illegal plantation of trees and crops for profit. The Vietnam Fatherland Front of the province and its members have stepped up propaganda work for union members, members and people of all walks of life to understand correctly and fully the goals and tasks of socio-economic development of the province as well as the policy of rearranging and streamlining the apparatus of the political system in 2025.
