The meeting of the Provincial Party Executive Committee
On the afternoon of December 14, the Provincial Party Executive Committee, term 2025-2030, held its first meeting at the Provincial Party Committee’s Headquarters.

The meeting saw the presence of: Comrade Nguyen Huu Nghia, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Comrade Tran Quoc Toan, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province; Comrade Tran Quoc Van, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Comrade Pham Quang Ngoc, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; and other Members of the Provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board, Members of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, and Members of the Provincial Party Committee’s Inspection Commission.
At the meeting, Comrade Pham Van Khue, Member of the Standing Board of the Provincial Party Committee and Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Commission, presented a report on the results of the review, evaluation, and classification of the quality of the collective and individual members of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Board in 2025. According to the report, the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Board organized a conference to review, evaluate, and classify the quality of the collective and individual members of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Board in 2025, ensuring compliance with the regulations of the Politburo and the guidance of the Central Organization Commission, as well as the plan of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Board. The content and timing of the review were carried out seriously, based on unity and consensus, ensuring adherence to the principle of democratic centralism; emphasizing self-criticism, frank and constructive criticism, and a willingness to learn. Immediately following the 2025 review, the Standing Board of the Provincial Party Committee focused on directing Party committees, Party organizations, agencies, and units at all levels to urgently develop plans to concretize the targets in the Resolution of the First Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, and the Resolutions of their respective Party Congresses with a new system of targets, aspirations, and a new vision in the new era.
Following this, Comrade Tran Quoc Toan, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, presented Proposal No. 07-TTr/TU dated December 14, 2025, on amending and supplementing Section 7.6, Clause 7, Article 2, Chapter I of the Working Regulations No. 02-QC/TU dated November 19, 2025, of the First Provincial Party Executive Committee, term 2025-2030.

In his concluding remarks, Comrade Nguyen Huu Nghia, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, emphasized: After serious, democratic, and responsible consideration and discussion of the reports and proposals of the Standing Board of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Party Executive Committee unanimously approved the report on the results of the review, evaluation, and quality ranking of the collective and individual members of the Provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board in 2025; the Conclusion on amending and supplementing Section 7.6, Clause 7, Article 2, Chapter I of the Working Regulations No. 02-QC/TU dated November 19, 2025, of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, term I, 2025-2030; the report on the implementation of tasks of the Provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board between the two sessions.

On behalf of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, the Provincial Party Secretary requested that the Party Committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee, the governments at all levels, the Vietnam Fatherland Front and the provincial political and social organizations, cadres, Party members, and the people promote the spirit of solidarity, unity, responsibility, and determination to successfully achieve the goals and tasks of socio-economic development and Party building in 2026.
