The Department of Natural Resources and Environment presented the presentation of the draft Decision promulgating the attached Regulations specifying the sales rate, occupancy rate; percentage to determine business costs; percentage to determine interest costs, investors' profits taking into account equity, business risks; factors affecting land prices, maximum difference of each factor affecting land prices in Hung Yen province. The Department of Science and Technology presented the presentation of the draft Decision regulating the economic and technical norms of public career services using the state budget on maintaining, preserving and using the measurement standard system under the management of Hung Yen province.
