The launching of the Road Project connecting the provincial road No. 387 with Hanoi - Hai Phong Expressway (Km31+100)
The Department of Transport on December 31, organized the opening of the Road Project connecting the provincial road No. 387 with Hanoi - Hai Phong Expressway (Km31+100) in Bai Say Commune (An Thi).
The project of connecting the provincial road No. 387 with Hanoi - Hai Phong Expressway (Km31+100) was approved by the Provincial People's Council in Resolution No. 156/NQ-HDND dated December 8, 2021, belonging to Group B project, located in Bai Say commune (An Thi), with the implementation period from 2021 to 2025. On June 14, 2022, the Provincial People's Committee issued the Decision No. 1279/QD-UBND approving the project of connecting the provincial road No. 387 with Hanoi - Hai Phong Expressway (Km31+100) with a total investment of 320 billion VND from the provincial budget, with the Department of Transport as the investor.

According to the approval decision, the project investment scale is as follows: The intersection includes the following branches: Branch A connects the provincial road No. 387 with Hanoi - Hai Phong Expressway by the existing overpass through branch C to Hai Phong; branch B connects from the expressway from Hanoi to Hai Phong to the provincial road No. 387; branch E from the provincial road No. 387 to the expressway towards Hanoi; branch D from Hai Phong to the provincial road No. 387. The route length is designed at about 1.4km.
The project plays an important role in the socio-economic development of the province. After being put into operation, it will contribute to connecting the Hanoi - Hai Phong Expressway with the provincial road No. 387 and important traffic axes of the province such as Tan Phuc - Vong Phan road, the National Highway No. 38... gradually completing the province's transport infrastructure according to the approved plan; at the same time, it facilitates the investment attraction in the districts of An Thi, Tien Lu, Phu Cu and surrounding areas.
The project of connecting the provincial road No. 387 with Hanoi - Hai Phong Expressway (Km31 + 100) has been completed one month ahead of schedule.
