The Hung Yen Province Young Entrepreneurs Association Congress for the 2025-2030 term
On the afternoon of January 16, the Hung Yen Province Young Entrepreneurs Association held its first congress for the 2025-2030 term. Attending and congratulating the congress were: Mr. Hoang Binh Quan, former Member of the Party Central Committee, former Head of the Central Party Committee's Foreign Affairs Commission, Honorary President of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association; Mr. Nguyen Quang Hung, Member of the Standing Board of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission; Mr. Pham Van Nghiem, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Mr. Nguyen Van Huy, Deputy Head in charge of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; and representatives from the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union.

The Hung Yen Province Young Entrepreneurs Association currently has over 300 members. Over the past period, the Association has actively implemented numerous activities related to the exchange, trade promotion, culture, sports, media, training, building solidarity and cooperation, strengthening connections, and creating many practical values to promote the linkage of the business community. Social welfare work has been organized in a diverse, practical, and effective manner with a total budget of over 2.3 billion VND. The Hung Yen Young Entrepreneurs Association has affirmed its role as an organization that brings together young entrepreneurs, contributing to the promotion of local economic development, while also pioneering social activities, spreading a spirit of humanity and community responsibility.
With the action slogan "Pioneering innovation - Creating value - Steadfast in the new era," for the 2025-2030 term, the Hung Yen Young Entrepreneurs Association aims to build a strong organization, streamline its structure, improve the capacity of its staff, and develop membership in both quantity and quality, striving to have over 500 members by 2030. To boost the application of digital transformation, support the development of member businesses, boost trade promotion and international cooperation, foster social responsibility, spread the spirit of young entrepreneurs, organize cultural, sports, and social welfare activities, foster member connections, contributing to socio-economic development, and building the image of dynamic, compassionate, and responsible young entrepreneurs in Hung Yen...
Speaking at the congress, Mr. Pham Van Nghiem, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, requested the Hung Yen Young Entrepreneurs Association to promptly develop a program and plan to implement the congress's resolution in conjunction with the province's key socio-economic programs; to focus on consolidating the organization, strengthening efforts to attract and develop members; to promote propaganda and mobilization of members and businesses to strictly implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and regulations, and the province's socio-economic development orientations and programs; and to actively participate in social and charitable activities. To beef up a proactive, creative, and bold spirit in investment, production and business development; continuously enhance social responsibility and business ethics and culture; apply science and technology, digital transformation, and equip oneself with solid knowledge and confidence in the context of competition and deep integration with the world; strengthen linkages and cooperation to form value chains, closely link the development of raw material areas with processing and consumption of products; boost the application of scientific and technological advancements in production, build brands, and geographical indications for products to improve productivity, quality, and competitiveness in the market; effectively participate in investment promotion activities, strengthen coordination, and create close links in activities to leverage the strength of the community and businesses in the province and the country.

The Hung Yen Young Entrepreneurs Association awards scholarships to the "Accompanying Children" fund for the period of 2025-2030.
The Association elected a 60-member Executive Committee. On this occasion, collectives and individuals who achieved outstanding results in the association's activities received the Certificates of Merit from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Emulation Flags, and Certificates of Merit from the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union and the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association.
At the Congress, more than 2.6 billion VND from the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association and the Hung Yen Young Entrepreneurs Association was donated to scholarship funds and humanitarian and charitable organizations in the province.
