The handover conference of the duties of the Secretary of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term

Comrades Nguyen Huu Nghia, Member of the Party Central Committee, Auditor General of the State Audit Office, former Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; and Pham Quang Ngoc, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, sign the minutes of the handover of the duties of the Secretary of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

The conference drew the attendance of comrades: Nguyen Huu Nghia, Member of the Party Central Committee, Auditor General of the State Audit Office, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of the province, former Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Pham Quang Ngoc, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Doan Anh Tho, Deputy Auditor General of the State Audit Office; Tran Minh Khuong, Deputy Auditor General of the State Audit Office; Major General To Thanh Quyet, Deputy Commander of Military Region 3; Tran Quoc Toan, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hung Yen province; Nguyen Manh Quyen, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; and other members of the Standing Board of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Executive Committee.

At the conference, Comrade Nguyen Huu Nghia, Member of the Party Central Committee, Auditor General of the State Audit Office, and former Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Comrade Pham Quang Ngoc, Member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, signed the handover minutes of the duties for the position of Secretary of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

Speaking at the conference, Comrade Nguyen Huu Nghia, Member of the Party Central Committee, Auditor General of the State Audit Office, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, and former Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, affirmed that during his time working in Hung Yen province, he received the support and assistance of the Standing members of the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Board of the Provincial Party Committee, and the Provincial Party Executive Committee to fulfill his assigned tasks. Comrade Nguyen Huu Nghia expressed confidence that with the unity and cohesion within the Standing members of the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Board of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Party Executive Committee, and the consensus of the entire political system and all strata of the people, the province will successfully implement the Resolution of the First Provincial Party Congress and achieve the goals in the coming period. He affirmed that he will always stand alongside Hung Yen province on its new path of development. On this occasion, he extended his greetings and best wishes for good health, unity, and successful completion of all tasks to the cadres, Party members, and people of Hung Yen province.

Comrade Pham Quang Ngoc, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, extended his congratulations to Comrade Nguyen Huu Nghia on his election as the State Auditor General and to the former leaders of several provincial departments and agencies who have been transferred and appointed to new positions. The Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee expressed his sincere gratitude for Comrade Nguyen Huu Nghia's contributions to the province's development over the past period, especially in leading and directing the implementation of administrative unit restructuring and the operation of the two-tier local government model; and in creating a new development strategy with the mindset, vision, and leadership qualities of a leader. This is the foundation for Hung Yen province to continue developing to a new level in the 2025-2030 term.

The Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee thanked the former leaders of several provincial departments and agencies for their contributions alongside the Provincial Party Executive Committee to achieve proud results in all fields. The Provincial Party Secretary acknowledged and accepted the opinions and wishes of Comrade Nguyen Huu Nghia regarding the Provincial Party Executive Committee, in order to continue leading and directing the realization of the goals and tasks set for the 2025-2030 term. He also expressed his hope that in his new position, Comrade Nguyen Huu Nghia would continue to pay attention to, support, and contribute to the province's development; and in his capacity as Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Comrade Nguyen Huu Nghia and the Provincial National Assembly Delegation would continue to uphold their roles and responsibilities, listen to the legitimate concerns and aspirations of voters and the people, and promptly convey them to the National Assembly.
