On March 8, Xuan Cau Holdings Joint Stock Company held the groundbreaking ceremony of the Ecological Garden Urban Area Project (ALLUVIA CITY Project) in Van Giang town (Van Giang). The groundbreaking ceremony witnessed the attendance of comrades in the Standing Board of the Provincial Party Committee: Nguyen Le Huy, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Colonel Nguyen Thanh Truong, Director of the Provincial Public Security; Le Van Hung, Secretary of the Van Giang District Party Committee. In the attendance was comrade Nguyen Hung Nam, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

The ALLUVIA CITY project is located in Van Giang town, with a total area of nearly 200 hectares, and is being implemented in 3 phases including: Completing the construction on an area of 50 hectares; expanding the construction by 56 hectares and completing with a scale of 92.3 hectares. The total construction investment is over 31 trillion VND.
The project has a construction density of only 16%, most of the area is reserved for green space, high-class utility systems and natural landscapes, bringing a peaceful living environment, harmony between modern urban areas and vast nature. Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Le Huy, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, requested that departments, branches and Van Giang district coordinate with the investor to regularly monitor the situation and progress of the project and report to the Provincial People's Committee on difficulties and obstacles during the construction process. Xuan Cau Holding Joint Stock Company focuses on carrying out the project according to the approved schedule and strictly implementing the procedures and regulations on the management of construction investment activities and construction quality, etc.
