The Tho Hoang Industrial Park infrastructure construction project, located in Xuan Truc and An Thi communes, covers an area of ​​250 hectares with a total investment of approximately VND 4,500 billion. The project is invested by An Thi Infrastructure Investment and Development Joint Stock Company. Upon completion, the industrial park will provide comprehensive technical infrastructure and industrial land plots for production and business activities, while creating jobs for local workers and fostering socio-economic development.

The Lac Dao Industrial Cluster was established by the Provincial People's Committee via Decision No. 954/QĐ-UBND dated April 27, 2022. Spanning approximately 42.5 hectares across Nhu Quynh and Lac Dao communes, the project is developed by the Van Lam Industrial Cluster Infrastructure Construction and Development Joint Stock Company. The cluster focuses on attracting such industries as light manufacturing, multi-sector industries, and environmentally friendly projects. Immediately following the establishment decision, the investor promptly initiated the procedures for technical infrastructure construction in accordance with current regulations.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Manh Quyen, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee acknowledged and commended the efforts of the investor, provincial departments, agencies, and local authorities and particularly the consensus shown by local households during the project's implementation. He highly appreciated the investor's coordination with competent authorities to swiftly finalize legal procedures and reach the groundbreaking stage. The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee directed departments, agencies, and local authorities to continue facilitating the project's implementation and expedite administrative procedures. Furthermore, he instructed them to regularly inspect, urge, and guide the investor in building technical infrastructure for industrial zones and clusters that are modern, civilized, and compliant with regulations, ensuring an environment that is bright, green, clean, and beautiful. The investor is concentrating all resources on rapidly completing the construction of the project's technical infrastructure and attracting secondary investors for production and business activities, thereby maximizing the project's effectiveness and contributing to the socio-economic development of the local areas and Hung Yen province as a whole.
