The groundbreaking ceremony for the social housing project under Machino Phu Xuan Project
Within the framework of the program "The Inauguration and groundbreaking ceremonies for large-scale and significant projects and works to celebrate the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam," on the morning of December 19, Machino Phu Xuan Co., Ltd. commenced construction on social housing under the Machino Phu Xuan project in Thai Binh ward. The groundbreaking ceremony drew the attendance of: Mr. Nguyen Quang Hung, Member of the Standing Board and Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission; and Mr. Pham Van Nghiem, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

The social housing project, invested by Machino Phu Xuan Co., Ltd., is being built on a plot of land covering nearly 4,634 m², with a total investment of VND 389 billion. This land is part of the 20% land allocation within the overall Machino Phu Xuan project, which covers 5.83 hectares in Tran Hung Dao and Thai Binh wards. The project comprises two 15-story buildings, providing approximately 312 social housing units with complete urban infrastructure including schools, cultural centers, sports facilities, parks, commercial and service areas, transportation systems, and parking lots. Upon completion, the project will provide housing for approximately 766 people, primarily workers, laborers, and low-income individuals, contributing to social security and promoting the development of a civilized and modern urban environment.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Pham Van Nghiem, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, emphasized: The social housing project under Machino Phu Xuan not only contributes to ensuring social welfare but also creates a highlight in the development of a civilized and modern urban area; at the same time, it is concrete evidence of the Party and State's policy on social housing development, especially in the context of the province implementing Resolution No. 201/2025/QH15 of the National Assembly on piloting some specific mechanisms and policies for social housing development.

To ensure the progress and quality of the project, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the departments, agencies, the People's Committee of Tran Hung Dao ward, the People's Committee of Thai Binh ward, and the investor to coordinate closely and promptly resolve difficulties and obstacles during the implementation process; simultaneously, the investor and construction contractor were required to concentrate their human resources and equipment, strictly adhere to regulations on investment and construction, technical standards, and ensure labor safety, traffic safety, and security and order in the construction area.
At the ceremony, the leaders and representatives of the investor and contractor pressed the button to officially commence the construction of the social housing project under the Machino Phu Xuan project.
