The first meeting of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, term 2025 - 2030
On the afternoon of November 11, the Provincial Party Executive Committee for the term 2025 - 2030 held its first meeting at the Provincial Party Committee’s Headquarters, to review and decide on the content of personnel work.

The meeting was chaired by comrades: Nguyen Huu Nghia, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Tran Quoc Toan, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Tran Quoc Van, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Pham Quang Ngoc, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee. In the attendance were representatives of the Central Party Committees, the Party Central Committee’s Office; comrades in the Provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board, members of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, members of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission.

Speaking at the opening of the conference, Comrade Nguyen Huu Nghia, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, congratulated Comrade Pham Quang Ngoc on being mobilized and appointed by the Central Party Secretariat to join the Executive Committee, the Standing Board and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term. The Provincial Party Secretary believes that Comrade Pham Quang Ngoc will continue to promote his intelligence and the highest sense of responsibility, together with the Provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board and the Provincial Party Executive Committee, to successfully implement the goals of the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, making Hung Yen a modern industrial province, a smart, ecological city directly under the Central Government.
Comrade Pham Van Khue, Member of the Provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board, Head of the Provincial Party Committee’s Organization Commission, presents the Proposal of the Provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board on the nomination of candidates for election to the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of Hung Yen province for the 2021 - 2026 term.
At the conference, Comrade Pham Van Khue, Member of the Provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board, Head of the Provincial Party Committee’s Organization Commission, presented the Proposal of the Provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board on the nomination of candidates for election to the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of Hung Yen province for the 2021 - 2026 term. Accordingly, the Provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board unanimously submitted to the Provincial Party Executive Committee to introduce Comrade Pham Quang Ngoc, Deputy Secretary of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term, to the Provincial People's Council to elect to the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of Hung Yen province for the 2021 - 2026 term. The Provincial Party Executive Committee conducted a secret ballot. As a result, 100% of opinions agreed to introduce comrade Pham Quang Ngoc, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, to be elected by the Provincial People's Council to hold the position of Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term.
