The conference announced Decision No. 1428-QD/TU dated February 11, 2025 of the Standing Board of the Provincial Party Committee appointing the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary, Deputy Secretaries of the Party Committee of the Province’s Party agencies, term 2020 - 2025.

At the conference, delegates reviewed and contributed opinions to the drafts on: the working regulations of the Party Executive Committee of the Province’s Party agencies, term 2020 - 2025; the working program of the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Standing members of the Party Committee of the Province’s Party agencies in 2025; the assignment of tasks to members of the Party Executive Committee of the Province’s Party agencies, term 2020 - 2025; the Project on establishing advisory and support committees of the Party Committee; the Project on establishing Party committees and Party cells in agencies and organizations where the Party delegations and Party executive committees are merged, newly established, and terminated their activities; the Plan to organize Party Congresses and grassroots’ Party cells towards the 1st Congress of Party Committee of Province’s Party agencies, term 2025 - 2030 and the establishment of subcommittees to serve the Congress; the working regulation of the Party Committee's Inspection Commission, term 2020 - 2025; the working program of the Party Committee's Inspection Commission.

With a spirit of democracy and high responsibility, delegates focused on discussing and contributing ideas to the drafts with such specific contents as: the Regulations and working programs of the Party Executive Committee of Province’s Party agencies; the completion of documents of the 1st Congress of the Party Committee of Province’s Party agencies, term 2025 - 2030; organize discussions and contribute opinions to documents of Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term...

On this occasion, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee announced the decision of the Party Executive Committee of the Province’s Party Agencies to establish 4 advisory committees to assist the Party Committee; the decision to establish 10 Party cells and Party committees in agencies and organizations where the Party delegations and Party executive committees are merged, newly established, and terminated their activities.

In his concluding remarks at the conference, Comrade Tran Quoc Toan, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Province’s Party agencies acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts of the members of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, the Party Executive Committee and the specialized cadres of the Party Committee's agencies in a short period of time, both concluding the activities of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies - Enterprises Bloc and preparing the conditions for the Party Committee of the Province’s Party Agencies to come into operation. Regarding the tasks in the coming time, the Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council requested that the members of the Party Executive Committee of the Province’s Party agencies continue to contribute written comments to the working regulations of the Party Committee so that the Standing Committee of the Party Committee can supplement and complete them for submission to the Standing Board of the Provincial Party Committee for promulgation. Regarding the organization of Party congresses at all levels, towards the 20th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, Party committees at all levels continue to study and closely follow the directives and conclusions of the Politburo and Plan No. 350-KH/TU dated September 16, 2024 of the Standing Board of the Provincial Party Committee on organizing Party congresses at all levels towards the 20th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030 to ensure the set goals and requirements, especially in terms of drafting and discussing documents, personnel work and arranging and assigning Party committee members after the congress. For Party Committee members, properly perform assigned tasks, pay attention to directing professional work, technical work and organizing the congress for the 2025-2030 term at their units. For newly established Party cells and Party committees, it is necessary to focus on building clear working regulations, assigning specific tasks to Party committee members, promptly completing congress documents; focus on reviewing the leadership in implementing the unit's political tasks, including receiving and managing Party members.
