In his welcoming speech at the conference, comrade Tran Quoc Toan, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council expressed his pleasure to welcome comrade Nguyen Duc Hien, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee and the delegation to visit, work and exchange experiences in Hung Yen. At the same time, he briefly introduced the main features of the potential, advantages, results of Party building, political system construction, socio-economic development, and security and defense consolidation of Hung Yen province. In 2024, the province's economic growth rate reached 7.7%; the average GDP per capita attained 121.3 million VND; the state budget revenue gained over 40,000 billion VND (reaching 122.2% of the estimate); the poverty rate has been reduced to 0.44% and strive to have no more poor households by the end of 2025...
